Ysaÿe recurrently warns violinists that they should never forget to play instead of becoming preoccupied with technical elements; a violin master "must be a violinist, a thinker, a poet, a human being, he must have known hope, love, passion and despair, he must have run the gamut of the emotions in order to express them all in his playing. And she brings all her brilliance to the violin always.
Ascensión o algo así interpretada por Hilary Hann no lo tienen? Creo que es un concierto más actual cómo otros. No los tienes? Por favor!! Brinden más belleza de Hilary Hann. Es genial!!!😊
The story goes, that Ysaye was so incredibly obsessed with the music of Bach that he wrote his solo sonatas in the modern "style" of Bach. The third partita is of such great importance that Ysaye wanted to relate death and eternity, with the partita.
she played a wrong note at the end of the first movement of the sonata but it doesn't sound out of place and since Jascha Brodsky was I think the last of Ysayes students, it could be the case, that Ysaye himself decided it should be played this way after it got published already and Jascha then went on to teach it to Hilary this way...

Maravillosa
Her tone is always so smooth. Ne'er a screech!
She plays so well!
someone saidsomething like "she has a cathedral tucked away somewhere in her fiddle".
This is so beautiful!
Thanks a lot!
Solo performances are her best. Double stops and chords sounds so touching: it reminds me of her performance of Bach-Chaconne.
Sublime!
I don't see what you're talking about. She played this piece perfectly
Actually, that's in the music. We don't know why he wrote it bad. She didn't make a mistake.
Just beautiful!
BRAVISSIMO!!!!!
Brilliant!
Indeed she does. :)
you can't improve on flawless perfection
She has improved so you indeed, can.
there is no such thing as perfection in music

vary well done---************************
bravo
never heard of this song before... i like it!
3:19 sounds kinda awkward
dvprk it’s not a song. It’s a piece 🤦🏻♀️
she messed up
Jacques Luu how dare you say that she did not mess up
@@JacquesLuu if that is what we would call "messing up" she is very good at it
Around 5:30 on was that the Dies Irae?
Stephen Messick yes it is
Unfortunately almost unaudible
wow, she's actually human! 3:19 didn't go so well. i feel a little less inadequate now.
yeah i was wondering if it was supposed to sound like that there
Her Chaconne was good but Jascha Heifetz makes her Chaconne seem plain. He has so much more fire in his playing but her's is still amazing.
