I did a speedrun where i beat resident evil 4 remake and original new game pro at the same time, that means i played them bot simultaneously. The rules are simple im just not allowed to pause or open an inventory screen while switching games.

You should get a leftie Razer Naga and a rightie Razer Naga and then map all controls to the remake to one and all the controls to the original to the other so you're playing the remake in one hand and the original in another. This way it'd be truly simultaneous.

the reason people were so confused was because they thought (like me at first) that "at the same time" meant one set of controls would work with both games at the same time so that you'd be literally playing them both at the same time. This is a concept that's been set up for a lot of other games
