Your brother is doing a great job. 2.Their is a awesome 55+ community in the Mirada community which is connected to the Epperson community you mentioned. 3.You mentioned PopStoke but you didn’t mention the Tampa Premium Outlets and all the amazing shopping and dinning in that area. 4.No mention of Wesley Chapel being Florida Sports coast. (Advent Health Center Ice, Wiregrass Ranch Sports complex, Wesley Chapel District Park, etc) 5. Opportunities for New Builds are abundant in Wesley Chapel. Their are so many great neighborhoods with a wide variety of price ranges. Overall great content!!
Thanks for the quick reply! I’m actually looking to move. But my heart is set in Southern CA. I’ve lived there for 6 years and I’ve temporarily relocated because of family and work. So I’m looking for a good alternative. I love having many things to do. I love NYC, I love DC, I love a true city. So I’m wondering if Tampa may be too slow and if I should be looking towards miami-dade county instead?
@@AzhureKay-ed8lw I totally understand. You should take a visit for a 3 day weekend and check it out. Tampas downtown region is really growing and they are alot of future investments on the horizon. But the only way to know is to check it out yourself. A lot of our clients have been visiting for a weekend with an extra day or two to see if it fits. Weather Tampa is for you or not I believe you will be surprised:)

There are only 2 town centers? Any Regal or AMC theaters?
You also have Tampa Premium outlets. That entire area has a TON to do! The Grove has a movie theater “the grove 16”
