In First Lower third you forgot to show text returning keyframes, but good effect

If I purchased a lower third and wanted to change the motion and where the text actually appears in the lower third is this extremely complicated? lol cause i cannot figure it out. my text is bobbing up and down smh

Yes. To save your motion text as motion graphic template, in the timeline simply right click on that motion text and export as motion graphic template and save it for further needs. Hope you get it 👍

I hv started using envato elements to do the titles now to save time in editing.. it took me so much time to create each titles manually. And this effect can only be done in premier pro 2018 onwards .. right ?
Indeed, and stock sites like Envato, Storyblocks,... have tons of amazing templates that you can use and customize. But it's always nice to know how to make these yourself 😁

Do you mean stretching the video as in speed? :) You can simply use that using the R key on your keyboard!
