So glad you are still doing Speedi recipes. So many others are doing the Combi now, but those of us who love the Speedi, love that you are still putting out recipes for it. Thanks James.
Glad you posted again James! This was a excellent cook and beans or no beans Chili is my favorite! Kidney beans only if I do. Can’t wait for the next post! Cheers 🍻
Note to self: Don't watch new recipes on this channel when it's just coming up to lunch time! I haven't done a chili since before I got the Speedi, and previously I used a large sauté pan. Even with that, it was a little tricky as the quantities got larger than a few serving not to 'paint' most of the cooker/kitchen with the stuff. This looks like it'll be absolutely ideal, and I'm looking forward to giving it a try. Great recipe as always; love this channel. It's turning my Speedi from a mere kitchen gadget into one of my preferred ways to cook. P.S. Stuff in as many beans of whatever type you have is my take on it. For texture, variety, extra bulk, and also somewhat healthier than just using meat.
haha we're having chili for dinner this eve. I use the bushs chili beans and diced tomatoes and tom. sauce. You are good, love rotel in my chili!!! Thanks for the delish video.
I used my dutch oven instead of my Speedi, but this was GREAT! I didn't add the Rotel tomatoes due to spiciness for grandkids, and added a 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp sugar.
This is perfect....have brother from MN visiting...we'll make very soon. Not having to drain is huge plus.... Pls tell me...the peppers...are you speaking of cutting up fresh...green/red? Would you tell me more about when they go in? Would they be cooking with onions and then with meat & onions? Were you thinking of Canned? It would help to have your input on the use/kind...when...and how.... Thanks. Also....went to the merch :)....They have to list ingredients for sweatshirt...it's important for those who have alergies or may use drier.....cotton? Cotton/poly? They need to tell us. Looks great! Great design..Love the meal. Thank you....
Hello James I’ve made somewhat the same chili for 30 plus years. Use Ranch Style Beans the sauce already has a mild Chile and omit the tomato paste. Otherwise depending on your preference add more Chile and cumin to your taste.
Can you please post a recipe using the slow cooker function? I assume I would cook the onions, garlic and then meat. But could I dump the rest and slow cooker either on high or low? Thanks.
AnotherGREAT recipe👍 I’m sure you have roasted a 5 pound chicken, but I missed it. I use my Ninja Speedi for nearly all my meals. Could you send me the roasted chicken recipe. Thanks and have a Wonderful Day!😊

Great job! I enjoy chili with beans but also like TX style chili with no beans but spice it up with Hatch green chilies and diced jalapeño. 🔥
