    Doc, kung nag uumpisa ka pa lang ba sa low carb, dapat din po bang mag exercise na din kaagad? Saka sorry po doc. Hindi ko po masyadong maintindihan iyong dami ng dapat kainin sa list. Iyong sample po 4 large eggs, iyan po ba ay 30 grams na , Greek yogurt 350 grams, etc. Lahat po ba Yan ay 30 grams of protein na po ba. Tapos combined lang po ba, sorry po.

    Doc iris, paano po kong gusto ko mag gain ng weight habang naaglolowcarb paano po computation.. Gusto ko po kc medyo lumaki ang muscle ko.. 60kls po ako ngaun gusto ko umabot ng 65-70kls weight ko po.. 5'6 height,,
    Pwde kya gnito doc 2.5x60kls 150g po ang need ko n protein?
    Mgbubuhat po ako habang ng lolowcarb

      Important po to have an actual urine analysis. Then have renal panel din po na blood test, include ACR. Check with your MD po.

    Hi Doc, so for me I am 64 kgs x 2g/kgs = 128 grams of protein daily requirement, tama ba po? And also, Can I go above 128 grams per day or is this the limit po? Please enlighten me. Thanks po.

      tama po kung active lifestyle, going beyond that po can make you gain weight

      85 kg x 1.5 g/kg = 127.5 grams per day. Kung may Stage 3b, 4 at 5 kidney disease (CKD), kailangan ito i-adjust. Talk to your doctor/dietitian for protein adjustment.
