From what I understand about that sawsitka on that truck: They are the well known "black emperor" crew as it says on their sticker. They were the most popular crew (apparently), they were also the biggest rival to the crew known as "Spectre" who's ex leader told a story later in life about how they would ambush "Black Emperor." Basically they would wait on the side of the road with a rope across it, they would pull the rope and the guys on the bikes would fall down and Specter would then rush in to beat them.
