They have returned $200 dollars after I filed several complaints with several entities, but they kept $300 dollars and one of their Supervisors, Jim Moss, tried to bribe me with $100 dollars to shut me up. Horse racing can be dangerous but if u keep the track soft. Within reason the horses usually hold up but one of the main reasons horses break down or get sick alot is mostly the breeding many of the yearnings that are getting the big money are bred too closely with their parents being distant cousins or too close of cousins the horses may be fast but there is a good chance the horse will have defects that are internal such as weak bones , heart defects. , seizures , catch sickness more than normal even mental issues biUT breeders will take the chance sometimes because if the horse gets good traits from each parent such as good stamina,determination, exceptional speed and a strong heart they make alot of money from high grade races and stud fees when they retire a good example is the Arrogate horse his parents were 4th cousins he got all good traits for racing and became. A superstar but passed away at 7 years old possibly from a below average immune system
