I used to be a big fan of Dr divyakriti but the way he justified the undemocratic abrogation of art.370 and bifurcation of the state of Jammu and Kashmir made me rethink.
Points of discord :
1) constituent assembly of Jammu and Kashmir doesn't exist , OK ,, The way is without walls to abrogate it .....>NO NO NO ,sir >> By convention, it's important to see what was the purpose of the provision (consensus from the people of the state)
2) Bifurcation of a state into UTs means political centralisation, which against the basic feature of constitution i.e. Federalism
3) How can one equate Hyderabad's inclusion in India with kashmir... I'm completely lost ...
