So many good memories when I listen to this song. I remember being a teen and listening to this song a lot back in high school. :) It's 2021 and I still listen to Walls of Jericho
Just listen to her. She could kick your ass with just her voice alone! Most driven female vocalist I've ever heard. She buries all without flinching. High octane energy right there...look at her live performances....damn man! Undeniable.
Brody Dunwoody those 2 are completely different genre's. and this is metalcore. there's no such genre as screamo. i think you prefer more melodic metal of the core genres.
Brody Dunwoody ah, i see. just some people that are all about the genres get peeved when they see something called that. but i respect the melodic genres of metal. mostly all the metal in the gothic category are melodic in this sense. Evanescence being one of them.
I met her after a show at call the office in London Ontario and asked for her signature but didn’t have anything but my moms cellphone.... so she signed it
This was my introduction to Walls of Jericho (way back in the day on a sampler DVD I got) This song was a huge inspiration to me as a guitar player. A little like Hatebreed , but just more aggressive and funky af . I'm so glad I ran into this today , blast from the past , now I'm gonna see if I remember how to play this song .. easy but so fun!!
I met her at the Rockwell festival in 2006. She's really friendly and sweet. It's unbelievable. She saw my band on stage and she liked it. It was a great day and I keep the pics of us...
finally a chick thats got the heart for metal. shes got it. dont give a fuck attitude and about the music. in other words.... "that bitch be badass" lol
lol dude if this is the first time you've found a heavy metal female vocalist you've been living under a rock, old school you've got Girlschool, Kittie and Doro, then you've got the lady who most consider the primogenitor of female death growls; Angela Gossow, and since then there's been a whole lot more - check out Jinjer, IWABO (particularly their current vocalist), The Agonist (new vocalist & old vocalist), Infected Rain, Mask of Judas and more besides.
She did the same on a show on her birthday in Puerto Rico, like more than a decade ago. Someone said "happy birthday bitch" it was at that moment he done fucked up
@@viscant1477 Damn! LoL I am here 6 years later replying to you at this exact moment :D. Anyway damn yah dude she is one Fiery Redhead, The guy I saw get Punched in the face was about a decade ago aswell but it was in New Mexico and you know how she always get up close to the crowd on the Amps? Well this guy reached up and grabbed her Tits and she popped him good in the face and gave him a bloody nose was Epic shit lol.......Damn she was so hot back then lol.
saw them in Hamilton, Ontario w/ Bury Your Dead, and they had the crowd moving far more than BYD - one of the craziest circle pits i've ever participated in. The place was crammed and everybody was enjoying the show. They're really sick live and I'd love to see them again! Keep rocking WOJ!!! \M/
i like these guys i just recently saw them like a month ago on tour with ill nino and otep and they did really good the place went crazy when they came on stage and i saw them a couple times befroe that too very good times
They used to rent a room down the hall from my band at The Loft in Detroit, we new they were gonna break. Good band, practiced hard, didnt fuck around and took their shit serious, good for them.
This band never got enough attention.
Cheney Orwig True that saw them in 09-10 with about 30 people there, and they fucked shit up love it
@@bigcarlinblick904 CHRISTIAN? Oh shit; now I can't listen to them anymore, haha.
I don't disagree but at the time there were so many bands with this sound. It was an over saturated genre.
i saw them a lot in 2003-09 in GER, they were "highly popular" (it's niche music) back then
Maybe because the Singer didnt simped enough, like Arch Enemy did.
17 years ago!!?? man I feel old lol
2020 anyone? 🤘🏾😎🇧🇷
the vibe aint dead yet
.
Of course , I still remember when I saw them for the first time was at hellfest in 2003
it took me 10 years to remember this : )
👍🤘😎🇩🇪
First metal show I ever went to. They played with Kitty, dead to fall, and 36 crazy fists. Good times.
Man, this band really slayed back in the day.
Tyler Crumps they're still doing it big in 2017 bro
Dawg these are still slayin in 2019

This was my favorite song in middle school. It's 2018 and it still kicks ass!!

Candice is a badass!!
FINALLY. It took me fucking forever to remember what this song / band was called.
Lol, won't lie. I like screamo heavy metal too. But I prefer metal bands like Evanescence and Metallica.
Brody Dunwoody those 2 are completely different genre's. and this is metalcore. there's no such genre as screamo. i think you prefer more melodic metal of the core genres.
Vincent Rayne Yeah I just called it screamo because they are screaming - that and because I forgot the genre name. I do prefer melodies.
Brody Dunwoody

Yep yep :P
This is the song that got me into WOJ. Haven't looked back ever since.
Friend of a Friend showed me the Album "All hail the Dead" while we where driving to a Festival and i loved it from the first second.
Even when you're driving? Wtf is wrong with you?!?!
she hung out after a show and i got to talk to her for a while, she's cool as hell.
I met her after a show at call the office in London Ontario and asked for her signature but didn’t have anything but my moms cellphone.... so she signed it
saw them with bleeding through in 2007 and it was AMAZING!!! this girl rips up the stage man.
That was an awesome tour!

One of the most brutal mosh pits I have ever been in to this song! Kick ass!
I remember seeing this on head banger's ball mid 20's. Still hits just as hard.
This is real vocal power!
I still think the intro to this song is one of the best things I have ever heard.
15 years on still a fucking banger. As a young girl growin up I idolised Candace Kucsulain. Fucking amazing artist!!!!
cant believe this song is 17-18 yrs old wow getting old lol
2024 Still come here for this absolute BANGER
I really love this song!
Respect for this woman!
When did Hayley Williams become possessed by the devil? Jk. I love this band. Such a big voice from a little lady.
Now this is hardcore music. Almost nothing like the popular "hardcore" bands today.
it is exactly what hardcore bands have been for the last 20 years
A voice of an angel.
saw this band a few times in the early 2000's candice is wild!
Same.
candace has an amazing voice!!
I love this song!

2023 and rediscovering bands, I'm glad I remembered this band
Candace has always been my idol ^.^
I'm so glad they came back and dropped a new CD, I need to get that.
Her style of screaming is nothing I've ever heard before, it's (for once) something that I can't mimic. It's so unique
If I ever meet a girl with vocal talent like this I'm gonna marry me
*marry her
R8er1980 Lol Freudian slip?
No, let her rage and be free. You’re meant to admire her from afar
2023! Jessica you reminded me of this. 🖤 I love you
Em quantos alguns escutavam Evril lavigner, eu escutava som de verdade!

This song randomly popped into my mind just now. Had to check out this song again after the last time I listened to it. Ig that was back in 2017 lol
I'm starting to think that Terror got their sound from this band. But that's just simply me
no its not just you ;)
Oh well i have never thought about that till now but i think that you are pretty right
same thing with the warriors
Hmmmm, dont really know what your listening to.
other way around foo
I was with them in Holland this night, it was great.
this break sounds like the one in ''pray for plagues'' lol
+Cristian Montenegro rly
It actually does a bit
fun fact, every band of that era had breakdowns that sounded like that
None of my buddies heard it, but to me it is the exact fucking same, just different tempo.
Reliving early 00's memories
Is this Chris Jerichos new theme song?
nah, he enjoys breaking down the walls too much
2023 and it still bumps!
is this band based on y2j finisher
No
Daus Hisa absolutley not, jericho is to good for this mockery, thats why jericho is a singer, look up fozzy, my fav song by him is judas
APATHAMY! How I wish you'd come back to Windsor and play!
imagine that girl in the bed
she would wake up all the neighborhood
dal vivo ha una cattiveria impressionante....sono rimasto stupito e di concerti hardcore ne ho visti parecchi...davvero bravi/a
