@@CIVILERABangalore Means diploma engineers have never gone through such high rise or any other structure design process in entire academic sessions what should they do to enhance themselves.?

@@nitinjaiswal7461 If Diploma Engineers wish to get in to design, they should complete engineering. As per the rules in India, diploma is not sufficient to qualify as a structural engineer. However they can learn basic courses to understand a few things. Also focus on structural detailing and BIM
