Chris, I thank God for you, your struggle, and this particular video you made, about midway through I went to the cabinet and found some Biotin, took 2 1000mg tablets w/ a touch of fulvic acid and blended it up in some cranberry juice. and felt a release of all of my tight muscles and tendons which I can only describe as Locked up for the past 20 - 24 years. I was taking riboflavin per your advice and it didn't make much difference, but this I felt almost immediately. I noticed the same thing you did, that I basically wasn't digesting fats into fatty acids. Also i've used MCT oil before with great success, THANKYOU !!!!!!!!

Great to hear you had success. I’ve been burrowing down this health rabbit hole for 10 years, I’ve been through the biotin warren a few times. I’ve been through every single hole in the ground. Not because I have terrible health, I’m blessed with pretty good health, but I have certain issues that I would like to resolve, many of them the same, but much milder, as Chris. I seem to have enough of the many symptoms of insufficiency to be pretty sure that I am low in it, despite consuming enough. So I have started consuming more chicken liver to increase my intake. So what happens.

Only 10 minutes in but already very interesting, thanks for sharing Chris! Maybe I should give biotin a shot as well. I've always had sleep problems except for one time in my life (I'm 37 now), at which I slept absolutely fantastic, I had much more energy and I was emotionally much more stable. At that time I changed to food combining diet (I thought that'd help with bodybuilding), 10-15 eggs per day, a bit more protein and a bit more fat. I've tried to re-do that experiment after I resolved the egg intolerance that I developed back then, also trying significantly high doses of a variety of nutrients within eggs except biotin, but was not able to replicate the results. I also developed ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and a few other health issues over the course of the last 9 years, and maybe that's why it's not working anymore.
edit: what the hell, I actually have a bunch of the issues you are describing here!!
    Greatly appreciate your content Chris.
    All the best,
    Thomas

Interesting about the biotin. When I've taken higher doses it's been intense... very restless and an insatiable appetite. Feels almost like a stress response. I wonder whether biotin's impact on blood glucose is the cause.

Low Vit B12 methylcobalamin may allow tingling in fingers/toes. Folate helps circulation. Hair test is better than blood test for helping health. Blood test to me tells mostly about last meal. Mo lowers copper. Don't the ranges of normal for blood tests. I did trial and error after researching things to find what helped me the most. Protein and fat digest slowly and may help times with no food.

My spleen is swelling. Sunlight helps babies with jaundice so I am trying to lay in the sunlight 1 hour a day. Eczema can be due to gluten and low Zn. Dr. Berg videos on health are awesome. Stress uses up Zn/B vitamins and progesterone. Orthobiotic probiotic before a meal is awesome and HCl and enzymes with meals. Vit A 10,000IU helps my lungs absorb air. Without the vitamin A I could not breathe well. Dairy can cause seizures due to swelling the brain. Gluten in combo with dairy may hurts the way cells are made due to gluten hurting the gut lining so less nutrients are absorb....then cells are not made right to work right. Osteoprocare instead of dairy helps me and Vit K2. No gluten allows more minerals to absorb which helps pH. Potatoes help pH be more base. PQQ in plants/capsules and exercise may help make more mitochondria. Calf issues can be related to low thyroid. Depression/anxiety/obsessing/no sleep/panic/suicidal thoughts can be due to low oxygen burning/use in the brain/body. 2000mg of lecithin may defat the liver and help the brain/body. Allergies can be due to leaky gut due to gluten. Coconut oil kills bacteria and helps the brain and speeds up mitochondria. EMF can affect people also.

Hi Chris, I have had for a long time since I was young eyelids that get red especially when exposed to allergens, dusts, perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc. I saw the infants with genetic biotin deficiency and thought that it might help me too as my eyes look a bit like theirs, but not the eyelid crusting, just eyelid redness. Do you think it might help in my case?

okay, so - I have a ton of indicators that my body needs supplemental biotin…but I never take it because it tends to cause instant constipation…I’ve never been able to find online confirmations of this being a side effect of biotin consumption…would you be able to hazard a guess as to why..? or what to take along with it in order to be able to finally get the biotin I need? incidentally, my mother used to feed me raw liver when I was a baby (she claimed I loved it 🙄) but now, as much as I want to eat it for health, I can’t stomach the memory of the taste… 😞 how do you prepare it?

Gluten may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten. MJ may help the gut lining. Psychosis can be due to low B vitamins. Antibiotic free eggs are good. I think what happened to you is common. Low sunlight heritage may trigger autoimmune gluten issues and more. Weston Price people died early. I can't have coconut oil/saturated fat. I can have fish oil/evening primrose oil/lecithin/krill oil/CLA/raw walnuts (open shells to avoid hidden gluten). Can't fast if adrenals are burned out and nutrients are low due to gluten. Hair test to see good minerals/heavy metal levels may show only 2% absorption of nutrients. Liver may not convert body fat to energy well? Biotin 5000mcg may help get energy out of food. Avocado chips get me going in the morning now. Alpha lipoic acid may help insulin resistance. Potatoes etc.. have alpha lipoic acid. Cod live oil has Vit D/Vit A retinol. Coenzyme Q10 is the spark plug for cells.

I have watched you all day long ending up eating nuts instead of meat like before the vaccine. Do you hound or does it come from a butcher. I did turn within seconds very depressed and unhappy, I know the difference, but at the same time it doesn't make me happier, healthier may be yes, like imagine watching the deer want I do daily, not
even my dogs hound them and then shouted at them. I don't know any other humans having the same issues in my case after the vaccine as you were coping with. Thank you. Can an open AI manipulate your dopamine through different brain stimulation?

It looks like you are lost in details Chris. So much testing but no hair tissue mineral analysis?? If you did just HTMA in ARL lab and followed their micronutrient rec.. you would be fixed already. You still have no idea after so much testing what type of oxidizer you are. If you have copper toxicity etc.. Especially if you don't even test ceruloplasmin with your serum copper. That is the most important marker basically. Serum copper/ceruloplasmin + mineral ratios on HTMA and you will clearly see what you need to take.. + you probably have issues with vit A chronic toxicity as well and that depletes all kinds of B vitamins, vit K2 etc..

Where is what he eats I can't find it.. Yes I would suspect vit A toxicity for sure.. He should do liver biopsy. It will be LOADED with retinol and copper.. Retinol and copper is good ONLY for true fast oxidizers and true fast oxidizers are basically only healthy kids.. Or if you force fast oxi with crazy exercise like endurance athletes, runners, cyclists.. But for normal people something like beef liver with crazy amount of retion and copper is a poison.. Nobody needs extra retinol and copper. It is crazy hard to follow diet low in copper and vit A. It is in EVERYTHING...

It is widely possible that too much retinoic acid cause a biotinidase deficiency and increase riboflavin requirement considerably, because b2 is needed for retinol/retinoic acid conversion.
