mikael meland nah just because they're jounin doesnt mean they kakashi level. it's like saying just because you had a degree in physics you were same level as einstein was. it's just a category and within it there is a wide range of skill levels. orochimaru was jounin when he left and he was easily more than 500 anbu combined.
