- Batman rejects Superman's attempt at reconciliation in this exclusive scene from the animated feature film version of Injustice.
An unthinkable tragedy propels Superman into a dangerous new mindset, ultimately pitting Justice League members against each other in Injustice, an all-new DC Animated Movie. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, the feature-length animated film is set for release on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack (USA $39.99 SRP; Canada $44.98 SRP), Blu-ray (US $29.98 SRP; Canada $39.99 SRP) and Digital on October 19, 2021.
Inspired by Injustice: Gods Among Us, NetherRealm Studios' popular video game, and the best-selling DC graphic novel based on the video game, Injustice: Gods Among Us: Year One by Tom Taylor, the animated film Injustice finds an alternate world gone mad - where The Joker has duped Superman into killing Lois Lane, sending the Man of Steel on a deadly rampage. Unhinged, Superman decides to take control of the Earth for humanity's own good. Determined to stop him, Batman creates a team of like-minded, freedom-fighting heroes. But when Super Heroes go to war, can the world survive?
Justin Hartley (This is Us, Smallville) and Anson Mount (Star Trek Discovery, Hell on Wheels) lead the Injustice all-star cast as Superman and Batman, respectively. The massive cast also includes Janet Varney (The Legend of Korra, You're The Worst) as Wonder Woman, Brandon Micheal Hall (God Friended Me) as Cyborg, Kevin Pollak (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) as Joker & Jonathan Kent, Anika Noni Rose (The Princess and the Frog, The Good Wife, Dreamgirls) as Catwoman, Reid Scott (Veep, Venom) as Green Arrow & Victor Zsasz, Edwin Hodge (The Tomorrow War, Mayans M.C.) as Mr. Terrific & Killer Croc, Gillian Jacobs (Community, Invincible) as Harley Quinn, Oliver Hudson (Rules of Engagement, Nashville) as Plastic Man, Laura Bailey (Critical Role, Avengers Assemble) as Lois Lane & Rama Kushna, Faran Tahir (Iron Man, Star Trek) as Ra's al Ghul, Derek Phillips (Friday Night Lights, 42) as Nightwing & Aquaman, Yuri Lowenthal (Ben 10 franchise, Young Justice, RWBY) as Mirror Master, Flash & Shazam, Zach Callison (Steven Universe, The Goldbergs) as Damian & Jimmy Olsen, Brian T. Delaney (Fortnite, Batman Unlimited) as Green Lantern, Fred Tatasciore (Family Guy, American Dad!) as Captain Atom, and Andrew Morgado (DC's Legends of Tomorrow) as Mirror Master Soldier.
Matt Peters (Justice League Dark: Apokolips War) directs Injustice from a screenplay by Ernie Altbacker (Batman: Hush). Jim Krieg (Batman: Gotham by Gaslight) is Producer and Alyessa Ornelas (Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge) is Associate Producer. Producer is Rick Morales (Mortal Kombat Legends franchise). Sam Register is Executive Producer.

Worst part of this scene was they left out the part where Alfred shows his level 100 sarcasm to Superman
@Dylan Ogega 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Alfred solos Superman, never forget
@@gogetasolos3563 Right. Love when he beats the crap outta him
I’m pretty sure he’s not even in this movie!
What happens? Haha can someone put me into context?
"u killed a man clark"
"not a man, a monster"
Joker somewhere: *AWW, SO U DO THINK OF ME*
Under the red hood reference...Noice! :D
😂😂
That's an under the red hood reference right??
Okay. Seeing Batman hurt himself after punching Superman was kinda funny.
Because he was talking to him…like he was his child lol
☹️
Hilarious 😂
Something similar can be seen in Batman:Death in the family comic
That was sad actually 🤣🤣
Man, this should have been a show. They can not fit the entire injustice arc in a movie
Agreed. This should have been a ten part Netflix series, not a stripped down version of the entire story arc.
Young justice seems to be the only animated series right now that DC wants to put out for some freaking reason
they were trying to speedrun
They removed the story of year 2 3 4 5 and the game.
In the movie , everything was sorted out among the heroes only. In the comics, every character from the universe got involved.
This should’ve been a mini series or multiple movies
Also plastic man was great
Plastic Man really shined
Agreed!
Nah, the original material is garbage.
@@AG-xm2ng definitely not. The comics where great aside from lots of powerful characters jobbing.
Multiple movies would be better
The original storyline was like a candle, a slow burn but that isn't what it was about, it was about the aroma it had. The very pleasant smell that came from that slow burn was worth the wait and it was very soothing, satisfying. The movie is like adding a flamethrower to that candle to have it melt faster just to get to that smell.
my thoughts exactly
It movie though it would probably have to be 5 movies to have the pacing at least decent it would have be cooler to see it as tv show
Whilst obtaining nothing but a nose full of sut and ash.
The original storyline was an excuse plot so that Supes had a reason to punch the rest of the Justice League for the fighting game. It's just so weird that DC itself seems to have fixated so strongly on it, as it goes against what makes Superman, well, Superman.
That’s usually what most movies are, stories summed up in 2 hours or less
You'd think that Batman would be smart enough to not punch Supes, even if he was emotionally compromised.
Smart as he is you would think he'd
Have kytopnite fused into his gloves
He was enraged.
The comics explain it later on.
@@Ka-Ping exactly Superman brought up his parents…the reason he runs around as a grown man dressed as a bat lol
@@inkkid376 I'd probably give Batman the benefit of the doubt that he still wanted to make amends with Superman. Should he have brought Kryptonite, Superman would catch that as a notion of betrayal, considering this was before the split between Regime vs Insurgence.
The irony of Bruce telling Clark your scaring them
Scaring Other people is Not ok clarc !!! You cannot do such a crucial Thing! …. Wait what ?? Next eh Tell him Not to wear black clothes:D
Bruce: you're not me Clark, you're meant to be better.
To be fair, superman is way scarier than the bat as he can literally sneeze and wipe you out of existence, the bat will just throw you in jail and will never kill you, bats def would crack your bones
It's different. Batman uses fear to scare the criminals. Supes already has that, but he was also scaring the ppl that put their hopes in him...
because he's scaring everyone bats only wants the bad guys scared
This is so watered down in comparison to the intensity of the comic version of this scene. You damn near felt like they were going to start throwing hands right there and then😂
Thanks Warner Bros
@Farglior F-Type you’re a weirdo 😂
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN THE COMIC FROM HERE? SINCE ITS WATERED DOWN

True that. Batman can never stop being such an unlikable closed off d*** for one second.
@@gibbs615 This unlikable closed off d*** is trying to stop superman from doing the wrong thing.
@@giddelbrowne5873 He also just can't selfishly try and enforce his code on everyone cause not everybody is like him. Joker desevred to die because of what he did, but you're right about everything else Superman was doing next cause he WAS going way too far then.
Movie was a wasted potential and everything is exactly what people have been saying. Like it's rushed and the acting subpar, then again not the first time DC made a rushed animated movie.
Yeah . I’m not even digging the animation for this reboot
This , batman hush and the killing joke were big Ls for real.
Superman’s voice in this sounds too immature and the voice acting was rough. Not a fan
@@redshift912 Apokolips War and JL vs Teen Titans were also pretty bad

Not having Kevin Conroy as Batman in this movie is a great injustice.
The new actor did justice to Batman tho
Anson Mount looks and sounds like Bruce Wayne, Kevin Conroy can't voice him forever
@@jacobbender3573 but when able and considering the animated movie is based on the game in which he voices batman it is an injustice same for all the characters in fact they could have gone above and beyond and got Mark hamill to voice the joker.
@@willjohnboy All too true.
… You realize he voiced the character for the game this movie is based off of… right?
The problem with Superman in Injustice isn't that he kills people or he chooses who lives or dies, he can't control himself anymore one minute he kills only evil people the next friends, and later his own teammates all because they don't agree with his methods.
Superman wasn't crazy at the beginning of the movie, he was actually reasonable. Then after all the potting and attacks on him he grew more authoritarian. No, he wasn't going to kill them at first because they disagreed with him, other wise he would have just splattered Batman against the bat cave.
@@briandong5293 Batman is the only one Superman has a soft spot for. Not really anyone else.
Superman is more manly.
That's the point.
@@aidenparker5955 thanks sherlock
The scene should've ended with Clark flying off after checking his hand. Thought that was a nice touch, showed that despite differences these two are as close as brothers.
But bruce really should've said one thing he didn't mean to that led to Superman mentioning his parents and from there the scene would've have flowed beautifully.
@@godkiller7581 wtf🤣
Superman need guidance but Batman ignoring him in his lowest point
All of this would've been avoided if Batman just hugged Clark
Bruce wasn't the real problem. The real problem throughout the series is Clark's side chick, aka Wonder Woman, who's been manipulating him into policing the world.
@@constipatedparker5879 so you're going to blame wonderwoman for superman's ideals ? All she did was be a catalyst for his ridiculous goals and objectives. Blame superman and wonderwoman equally if you're going to say that, not just diana.
@@constipatedparker5879 I'm not saying Batman was but if he did one small act then everything would be happy again
@@emanthescripter1076 Wonder Woman manipulated him. She made him worse than he would’ve been. Remember when Arthur had a message for Clark that if he needed advice on being a leader he could talk to him. Then Diana just didn’t deliver the message
@@joshthemartian7419 agreed but nonetheless, that still doesn't excuse superman whatsoever.
Why the animators drew Superman's whole hands as so freaky and so unmatched to the rest of his body ?
Stylization. Hands are made bigger to emphasize them in fight scenes or for the style of it. Same principle used in fighting games
Y’all rushed this movie

I've seen worse
This should have been a MOVIE not a freaking animation 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
@@ItsMeHoward DC is know for it animation not their movies instead of using a different animation team they just should have used the team that worked on Justice League Unlimited or Batman TAS.
They really did. I'm not sure why tho
0:01 "Bruce, it has been five years. You still own me 16 dollars"
Clark you still owe me 50k and the messes that u dod
All of this really could've been avoided if Batman just comforted Superman. It really would've stopped at just the Joker's death
Superman does have a point about this. Think about the lives he has to save. He couldn't save Metropolis, Lois and his unborn child are gone. He did the right thing by executing Joker. Sometimes heroes have to take risks in order to save the world even if it means executing his enemies.
Exactly
This is why I’m a marvel fan
The irony of Superman telling Batman that he can't possibly understand what Joker took from him lol
Not irony. Batman's parents and loved ones were murdered in front of him, yes, but he was never forced to do it himself. He wasn't the gun.

Thie ironic part is...in this one clip...Superman is absolutely right. Hell, he's even trying to work WITH Bruce...And Batman is just speaking in an emotionless, soulless monotone, too caught up in his persona and lashing out violently when confronted. So instead of helping, he distanced himself..and then set up the conforntation at the fortress that led to Clark's father getting hurt and Green Arrow getting killed. Not that Clark was right to kill him...and certainly not right to murder those morons dressed up as the Joker that attacked him...but Bruce COULD have worked with clark, remained a voice of reason...instead he manipulated events JUST enough to justify his own worldview, and in the movie version, literally wind sup keeping him in a cage "until he's needed"
Agreed Also Harley Quinn should’ve been taken into custody as well
Agree
l get that adaptations don't have to foIIow the source 100 percent and the creative team can do whatever. _But,_ you never want to be known as "the worse version" of a story out of the bunch...
NAH one of its only issues was the fact it combined 3 movies worth of content into one. other than that film wasn't the worst
@@student40008 It worst man.
They took out the best line in the comic: "You loved him didn't you?" Lmao
When Superman told Batman about his announcement in Gotham and pulled out his hand and ask Bats to join him by his side you can tell by his voice he needed his best friend/brother with. If Batman would’ve joined Superman or just be by his side all characters death and war would be avoided because Superman would’ve listen and had second thoughts about carrying on with his plans like WW encouraged it while Batman could’ve suppressed it
Batman has always called Superman his brother
The thing about Superman is that Batman has always admired him,
How he had so much power and yet he still at strive to help people in the smallest Ways
Simply because he wanted to
they were never really always at odds with each other all the time
Although that man does have contingency plans in case he goes rogue,
even Clark understood that his power needed limits
Batman says Clark is the greatest person knows
Because he taught him Justice doesn't always come from the darkness
And now Superman has become something he's starting to not even recognize
The movie was more like Animated Version of the Boys not the actual InJustice and WB execs says to themselves that they never need Snyder for a DC Movie, cuz it's facts that they're the one ruining DC.
They should make 2 injustice movies instead cramping everything into one movie.
DC should have made 3 part animated movies of Injustice
Superman treaking batman like a child when he broke his finger was very funny
Not gonna lie this scene was 100 times better in the comics
Batman: You grabbed power
Superman: And with that power we created a world where no eight year old boy will ever loose his parents because of some punk with a gun
Fun fact: Batman is voiced by the same actor who did Black Bolt in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Also fun fact: Superman is voiced by the same actor who portrayed Green arrow in smallville
@@rickyhuynh4641 yeah

Superman pressed the parents button lol
@@TruthSeeker23099 At least Batman had parents, Supes never even met his.

Idk, the dialog just seems weak. Injustice is one of the best storylines and this is extremely underwhelming
Excited this comes out tomorrow!!!
I'm ready for this to be out
WB DC does such a great job with the animated films. They’re so well thought out and the stories always hit.

Batman wasn't the crowbar. And, in the case of his parents, even though it's not the joker's doing, he wasn't the gun. No, Batman cannot understand. And he shows it very clearly.
This should've been a multiple part movie or mini series
“It always starts with one.” Damn.
Superman could also be a great doctor with all his x ray vision and other powers that may be useful like his hearing , speed , laser eyes?, An other
*Injustice:* Your favorite superheroes will die in an embarrassing way.
This is how an actual fight between them would go.
Man this scene 🥺
Ya know Superman did have a point about how Batman is always so unlikable and emotionally closed off he can't even comfort his own underlings.
Superman:One death
Batman:It always starts with one
Killed a monster , that line was perfect
And know Clark won't be able to sleep anymore. He'll see Jokers face and hear that laugh and have Jokers blood on his hands cause he killed him
Can we please get a The Question movie or series already
It always starts with one-
Batman
"Show me your hand, come one don't be you."
I’m so exhausted of this story line.
Thats the reason Batman statet that his parents are the weakness of him, in his contingency plan
"They should be" was so much more aggressive in the comics
it always starts with one
*BEST STUFF EVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!*
It took a punch in one second to make Batman lose his hand for three weeks?! Quite Super
Funny how nonchalant Batman sounds over the death of 11 million people including the death of a fellow friends wife and child but when Nightwing dies he cries and punches like a child would.
This has the same energy as Kenobi kicking Grevious and regretting it
That was an insult made by Batman to himself
It's funny that Justin Hartley who played Green Arrow in Smallville voices Superman here, but he did well
You know, if the supervillain dictator thing doesn't work out, Superdick can still become a doctor.
Someone make Anson Mount Batman in another project. He deserves better.
This artstyle of this animation look very like Mortal Kombat 2021
Who's gonna tell them that the movie is already out?
The animation part of this movie reminds me of Jonny Quest!
Later
Batman: Tell me do you bleed? ... You will
Injustice was probably one of the best stories from DC and it had a lot to do with them being open and making goody two shoes into a dictator.
Somehow DC fans still whine to this day because Cavil superman killed Zod.
Just like Battle of the Realms… I’m sensing a trend
What was the announcement in the comics?
They should have used the video game voice actors?
Remember everyone, Batman is so smart he would punch his hand on Superman knowing his hand wouldn't break.

The art style is very Jo-Jo esque.

superman wasn't wrong for killing the joker he was wrong because he kept killing villains and taking control
Why do you think batman has no " no killing" rule. He said he doesn't kill because it's to damn easy and once that line is crossed its easier to cross it the second time so on and so forth.
@@tenkolive if it only takes one kill to send super man and batman over the edge then they shouldn't be super hero's
The whole injustice arc can be blamed soley on Batman, He held Clark to an impossible standard, No man or woman in that position would ever let Joker get away with what he did. Yes Batman could have talked with Supes but instead he shunted him and pushed him away.
and it's not just Joker man. he goes on to kill ALOT of people.
