8/9 very nice. I think you went a little light on the deadlift, you could've gotten 210 easy. Also with how that 180 moved, if it wasn't for the missed first attempt 190+ was there for sure.
Thanks! I believe I had around 190kg in me on the squat (plan was to go 165-177.5-185). Not so much more on the bench and around 210 on DL. I feel I gained some experience competing now at least :)
Yeah, I did an aggressive cut from 88kg down to around 73kg and I thought why not compete while I'm down this low. Now it's time to put on some more lean mass and go up a weight class (again lol) :)
What would you say is a good total to have before competing in your first meet? I want to compete but I feel like it's not worth it with my newb numbers
I know the feeling, but imo there is no good enough total to start competing. Just start with a small local meet and I'm sure you want to do another one. There usually is a mix of lifters with all kinds of totals anyway. I think I waited unnecessarily long for my first powerlifting meet myself. Have fun! 😉
Nice job
Thanks!
From that first squat, it looked like you were nervous as hell. But a smoked it when you got yourself together. Good performance boss! Keep at it!
I was quite nervous indeed. I also warmed up a little too early, waited maybe 15-20min between last warm up and my opener.
Great job, looks really awesome to me! It's so inspiring and fun to see your videos!
Thanks for watching! People like you make me want to keep making videos 😊
GREAT job!! All worked out (pun intended) in the end. :D
Thanks! :D
Congrats
Thanks!
Snyggt jobbat mannen!! Kul att se en svensk lyftare på tuben! Följer!
Tack! Jag är finlandssvensk 😉😁
Real nice job!
Thanks! I even had more in the tank on all lifts I would say :)

Congrats on your first powerlifting meet. Whats your next plan?
Thanks! Most likely Finnish nationals in March.
👏👏👏
👍 musta näytti siltä, että penkissä olisi varaa ottaa jopa reilummin, samoin mavessa.
Kyllä tuntui siltä myös. Hyvää tietää että mulla on enemmän voimaa kuin odottelin 💪🏼
