The dire bear gets faster as it goes along, but it's top movement speed is really high.
He compared base movement (probably goes with the hidden movement speed)

Source: microraptor is the fastest on the island, but you added allosaur and other slower dinos because they were ridable.

I believe the Rhino and the Direbear should be considered here. They slowly pick up speed when sprinting, and their base top speed is very high as well.
I think 1st should the turtle it’s fast as hell and it looks like it’s running really slow but it’s running around the island 20x u can’t see tho don’t now why it’s just the human eyes can’t see it stamina like 20k movement speed 20k its fast as hell but the vid is still good. Good work man

You still need to put points into weight if you wanna go really fast
: O or upgrade leveling add per level and just do 199999 and 19999 for stamina and Heath and wheight and damage and speed

People always overlook the Megaloceros (deer). It basically has unlimited stamina its jump ability is like warp-drive.
What about baryonix?
It has great stamina and you can travel long distances on land and sea
Right. And boost their speed and you shoot across the map
The baryonyx can also Travel in the water. That's why he isn't included.

The Kangaroo is op, his leaping/hopping ability is amazing. I jumped from the biggest mountain on the island and went so far whilst taking only a small amount of fall damage.

Yutyrannus is probably my favorite of the big carnivores. Stats on part with rex/spino/allo and a good buff/debuff ability... and so fluffy!

Fun fact, even though you can't level melee damage on a diplodocus, and it might seem that it's only form of attack is a head bump that deals 0 damage that usually sends players falling off of cliffs, the diplodocus can actually deal damage while running, pretty much steamrolling over any unfortunate dodo or player underfoot.

I actually think that the Iguanodon is still the best one, because he could be a really good travel dino, if you put a few points in melee damage. I tamed one on the Island and his still my favourite dino. He took out several Rexes and Spinos.
I've found that the Allosaurus uses less stamina once you take the movement speed up. But should still take the stamina up
The frog is actually the best for getting around.
it's sprinting jumps can easily out run anything in the game and to top it off it's stamina usage and Regen is GREAT!
you can pump out Melee damage and HP to make it into a torpor knockout tank,I've got my frog doing 1,509 Torpor per lick..every ten seconds
If skillfully done,you can hit and run a giga enough times to knock it out.

Thylo are fast as and dont take as much fall damage as those pissant herbys. Can jump clumb swim and fight. Deffo most underated dino in ark
PIIDDZZ literally almost every PVP server has multiple Thylos for each tribe so I wouldn't call them underrated
Dylan Jones i honestly never see people on them hey. I love going out roaming with my long neck and thylo on every server i play haha. Just run into giys on birds or rexs
Dire bear is similar, it’s the fastest Dino. It just can’t climb.

You should do a water travelers top 10/5 as well as an amphibious one. I personally like baryonyx and beezbuffalo for amphibious traveling.
Top ten (or whatever number) boss fight Dinos
Maybe top ten Dinos with the most stamina because my tribe is lacking a Dino with good stamina
Or top ten stealth Dinos for ya know creepin around in a cardboard box 📦

Who in their right mind would travel by land in ark?? Last time I tried crossing a swamp I lost 5 dilos, 2 raptors, my new dodie with a trike and a ptera for backup escape. I died like 5 times trying to get my corpse. Save yourself hours of frustration and travel by air. Build multiple bases with backup tools/weapons/armor so you can fast-spawn by bed. Anything else, use argent birds/pteras

Ok I’m surprised I have never seen anybody mention this before so here’s a procoptodon tip for people who don’t know.
When you jump with a procoptodon, hold the jump button down and look up. THEN you can jump up mountains.

Iguanodon will run out of stam if you get attacked by troodons, happened to me and lost my tame plus my body.

With the Gallimimus, if you get cheats, put the speed to 400. Ride the Gallimimus. I did this, and i launched myself to the world border. Then i got killed by a megalodon.
I havent watched the video yet but the direwolf with the jump spam is overpowered as hell. It can beat anything in the game in a straight field
Feel like the thylacoleo should've at least got an honorable mention since it doesn't have to go around obstacles.

As a solo player my preference is 100% procoptidon. The reduced fall damage means there is no cliff that will one shot you. Good health and weight makes for utility. Kite anything for an easy tame. Use a sawed off to joust your way through any aggressive beasts... love my procopt

I still have a Bias towards the Iguanadon.
The unlimited stamina has helped me countless times to kite the Rex and tame a few shooting it with tranq arrows.

The procoptodon has become my main dinosaur, I do everything with it, it goes faster than a ptera, with inifite stamina, is tanky, can carry a lot of weight, and can move everywhere, u wanna cross a. river? Just jump over it. Seriously this is the most satisfying Dino to play with, he also is the fastest berries farmer since you go really fast, with also the iguanodon who is a good berries farmer. .

Yutyrannus is a terrifyingly awesome dino.
In my opinion Beelzebufo is best for outrunning. That little toad can climb really hard surface and can jump really high. Can outrun megalodons, and other sea creatures along with other land dinos.

the only thing I would change about the stats of dinosaurs in ark is carno's base speed
I know ark isn't supposed to be super accurate, but literally carno's whole thing is *speed*
it's still reasonably fast though, enough to where you need to ride a raptor to outrun it
I'll probably just put a bunch of points into my carno's speed lol
Something funny and anxious of me, in ark, I will NOT travel over 200 meters away from my base on terrain, I always fly with my argentavis or quetzal 😂

Best build for a travel iguanadon in my opinion is, around 1000 health(so most things won’t one shot you), a bit into weight, dmg and stam(this is for when you must fight) and everything else into movement speed(obviously)

Ever since the flyers got nerfed I've always used galiminus cause they are hella fast. Just upgrade it's speed, get the egg and just run
instead of the Yutyrannus you should place the Carno...both have the same utility... attack (disregarding Yuty's buff and fear roar)
on the other hand... that gallop (mixed with the 10 seat saddle) makes the Dipodocus one of the most underrated creatures in the game
