Thanks for sharing it. I have recently finished my P3 in Bir Billing and would recommend enthusiast to do P1, P2 in kamshet and P3 at Bir for better and longer flight experience. Also, visit the kamshet site In person before you lock yourself with some school. Go and have a look who's actually teaching on the field and speak with them. All schools will be there and they have different teaching style and prices. I am sorry but you don't need APPI or similar association certificate to fly afterwards they are not internationally recognized everywhere and doesn't just work as a permit to fly even in India. You will have to speak with flying site local school wherever you go India as well abroad. Cheers happy flying.

Hey, I was just hopping around some paragliding videos in India and stumbled upon this video. I like your video, I think it is quite interesting for the people who want to start Paragliding. However, I feel certain information in the starting is quite incorrect. For example, paragliding started somewhere around early 1980's as a sport (my main trainer learned it in 1987 and another one learned in 1989). I think though APPI was first association just for paragliding but there was already existing DHV (Deutscher Hängegleiter Verband) which started in 1979 (earlier for hang gliders) and later they have added paragliding in 1987. DHV is currently regulating authority for paragliding in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Also, do they not teach you theory before or during Ground handling course? For license A, I had to take 20 hrs of theory before I can be eligible for high flight course (AGL 500m +) and to get the license one has to do atleast 40 high flights. But still interesting video and good luck for your work.
Finally u did it 🎉🔥 In 2020, I still remember that i gave you a suggestion for paragliding n u replied with emoji😅 I did this course, same place, temple pilots in 2019 So yaa congratulations ☺️☺️

Inspiring❤....but for your kind information...paragliding cannot be learnt in 4 or 15 days mam....it needs much air time to learn the proper controls and weather conditions.....people are coming and fly top to bottom thinking they learnt fully....other part noone telling is the time and period that beginners have to gothrough
Spot on.. I too did my p1 p2 in 7 days but only after I finished my solo flights, I realised how much I don't know about flying. But it's a great start to actually start learning about it, unfortunately p1 p2 / p3 offered by most of the schools is not IT.

Yes ! Along with your APPI License you get your FAI - IPPI (International Pilot Proficiency Identification) Card which allows you to fly legally anywhere in the world !
