- "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." Today I'm in the mystical Blue Mountains of Jamaica with Empress Babsy! If you come and stay at the Airbnb, you will likely be able to taste some of this incredibly authentic Rastafarian cuisine. This one is all ITAL vegetable steamdown, with pak choi, tomato, carrot, cabbage, onion, garlic and beans with a super fluffy turmeric rice. This place is beyond beautiful, rain or shine...hope you can visit some day, link is below!
