Hi everybody, we are Unfold Seoul and we are back with a special video.
For the first time we cooked Romanian-Hungarian food and asked our Korean friends to try it. The dish is called Papricas or Gulas in Hungarian.
Also we asked them to try an authentic Romanian traditional alcohol called "Tuica". This one was made by plum and contains 65% alcohol.
Special thank to our Romanian friend who gave us this alcohol as a gift. (check out her IG @camy.design11 )

Their reactions over " tuica" is so fun! :)))) Like " haa? Are you freaking kidding me? 65%? alchohol??" They can be higher than that anyway. Btw, I really like that they are very good food critics. I like how I find out more of Korean dishes or drinks that are similar to ours. I need more of that. :D Oh man, they are eating so so carelessly. If I were them my tongue would burn down. :)))) I love that you speak loud enough so I can understand both of you. I laughed a lot at many good parts of the video. Good joob!

Dear forigners if any Romanian gives you țuică know that is highly likely you will end up drank unless you have a high alchool tolerance. And as a Romanian woman miself I know wath I say. Also us Romanians have a strong sarcastic sense of humor and will always find funny the reaction that a forigner may have towards our strong alchool. 😂😀😁
Oh i wish i had seen your msg sooner T.T i love Romania and everything about it BUT i got to taste that humor you are talking about ....everyone laughed in tears when my face and ears turned red and got the hic ups and i don't think it was tuica i am sure they called it something else ..but i forgot the name of it ..it was yellow color because it was kept in a small barrel ..ok i just googled it , it is called palinca . That is what i tried and got dizzy XDD
@@Naxxaramus that is somehow a ritual of initiation for friendship between us Romanians with forigners.😁😂😀 Most Romanians will invite you in their home get you strong alchool and alot of food only if they like you. If means that they wanted to be your friends, talk with you, laughing with you about you and about themselves as well. For us drinking is also a form of socialisation. I agree that our sense of humor may come across as strong and for the most sensitive people a little rude but we are not bad people just a little rough around the edges. We take time open up but when we do give our friendship is honest.

LOL!! Not sure where the girls are from (which part of Romania) however 'papricas' is actually made with chicken and not wheat dumplings in Transylvania (I'm from Transylvania) - I like the idea though as now I am vegan! Well done girls!! The boys really liked it.
There's not many spicy Romanian foods, so probably Koreans will think everything very bland. I wonder how will they react to 'cabbage rolls'.
The canage rolls is quite difficult to make as the pickled cabbage doesn't exist here...and not sure but the papricas can be also vegan^^ so this maybe was the vegan version lolp
Also, ua-cam.com/video/dU2DG3WAbOM/v-deo.html this is the recipe we made. Like we said we made the vegan one, without chicken, but this is exactly the Romanian version from Ardeal. So, I am not sure which one you ate though, but the one we made is Romanian. Haha 😂

Si noi suntem din România. Am venit aici dupa 2014. Normal ca vorbim romaneste si pastram traditiile. Sunt parte din cultura noastra. Nu suntem coreeni. Iar videourile astea sunt facute special sa promovam România.

Well yes Hungarian but are you think of Transylvania and the history it's 100% ok to say that Romania also has it because of the mixture of cultures it was under occupation for 400 years :) it was built on that and the culture of the Szekely, it's regional but it's still part of the culture.

PAPANASI IS MADE IN ROMANIA!
Papanasi is very hard to make and we can't find all the ingredients here. Their cream is... Kind of strange even for a soup. And in the video we said "papricasi" sorry if it was misunderstood.
Dumplings are these balls.
NOTHING comes from Hungary. The word paprika is from serbo-croatian.

As vrea sa vad coreeni incercand varza calita cu porc. Avand in vedere ca si ei au versiunea lor de varza "murata" si mananca multa carne de porc, sunt curioasa daca le-ar place

Jumarile sunt usor de facut. Ciorba a la grec, cu smantana lor nu stiu ce iese. Dar vom incerca. Jumarile sunt chiar usor usor! ❤

Confunzi mancarea. Acestea sunt galuste de faina, nu de gris. Poti cauta reteta pe net. Dar cred ca am pus-o noi in descriere. ^^
