This beat is hard. Its good to see a craftsman at work using proper hardware 👍🏿
thanks man, now im waiting for my s950 to come to complete the old school loadout🔥
To me ANYTHING can be proper "hardware". It all depends on what you prefer and what makes you happy. I don't limit myself.
This was a good beat!
@@g718ny Facts
yeah idk this is some elitist shit to me. just cause someone can take 200x the amount of time to cook up a beat the same quality as any producer w fl studio doesnt make his shit have more merit cuz its analog. u could make this beat in like legit two minutes on a laptop
@@WInfinityCrew I agree man and didn't mean to come across as elitist. I use FL Studio to make music myself (check some of my Shorts). I'm just very impressed by the old school techniques.
I don't know why, but this makes me nostalgic.... It's really good, it takes me to places I've never been before and brings back memories I've never had before.
Damn I feel u man
Same man
the first beat sample he made sounds like, "oh my dayum" its a song about five guys lol.
Well the sample and beat are extremely retro, so your feelings are definitely justified!
@@trashyraccoon2615 it’s joke my man search it up it’s hilarious
I wanna hear Guru, J. Cole and Nas vocals over this!!!!! smooth & soulful! 💎
Yeahh guru would definitely sound fire on this
This was what HipHop was all about. No mastering or mixing too much. Just the Basic. A bass would BE cool
I agree but its not like the stuff he flipped wasnt mixed and mastered before so
I had an idea of how I might flip this but you chopped it up and just blew my mind. Good shit bro!
Thanks man, I had a different idea for flipping this in the beginning but it sounded way too complex. Better sticking to simplicity
@@Ajz0l you should probably make an alternate version with the first version... this sample is too hard, i don't think there's a way to make it sound worse unless it's really REALLY complex
@@imacup.2667 ill keep that in mind for the future👍
@@Ajz0l for a guy that been making boom bap beat's for 32 years now this beat is well made don't need More don't need less its just fine the way it is
this beat hits so hard, and this style is so good even though its not that popular anymore. great job 🔥🔥
This is the real way to do it and it def sounds better
The popularity or lack of doesn't affect the quality
@@sheepdavis yea ik its just sad that its becoming more and more forgotten
No it's not all the rappers I listen to drop albums all the time over boom bap beats y'all just stuck on what's popular
@@dramatyst5661 i try to listen to as much old school hip hop as i can i don't listen to trap lmao. my point was i only know of a few producers who make this music (including me) and i wish there were more.
If he were still with us, I hear DOOM all over this track, this was made for him!
Haha thanks man rip doom🙏
DOOM* all caps when you spell the mans name
I honestly was singing doomsday over this on my head
@iCarlyFeet AKA Ur mom nah you're wildin with that username
@@Apoly0n its a line from a DOOM song, an ongoing joke for fans. Don’t be dumb
love the aesthetic and the track mad respect
Thanks bro🙌
It's been so long since I've seen an Akai MPC 2000, very nostalgic indeed, thank you so much for making this amazing piece of musical history!!❤️ Watching this makese feel like I'm 8 years old again, back when I just use cassettes to listen to music❤️
So many classic beats have been made using that. It’s really incredible.
Makes me think of Samurai Champloo... A bit 😊
Thanks for this craft! 😁
nujabes vibes?
The villains lookin down on this smiling, great work brother!!
Great sound from the MPC. Nice work my friend 😎👍🏼
Thanks mann
No przecież to jest majstersztyk normalnie, pięknie pięknie 🤌🤌🤌😃
I always love seeing people use the MPC. You got sub bro!
Thanks man i appreciate the support🙏
Dopey dopeson ❤lovely work
First 10 seconds of the video i already love the 1st sample
Huge Gang Starr vibes, love this dude!
Sample: "Floyd Cramer - Bye The Time i get to Phoenix"
and the second sample please
This beat feels very nostalgiC…it gives me sum Chillz. Lovin’ it a lot!!! Too hard 🔥♿️
😁 i like the irony: children hands, the name Big-Tony and then that fat beat. Damn good. Propz from germany 👍🏼👏🏼♨️
Haha thanks man🙌
nice sample selection bro, and even better chops!
As an fl studio producer, it's still amazing to me how people from the past create music without computer software. They really spent too much time figuring things out.
@ballerballa9122that is the worst take I think I have ever heard. Educate yourself before you make another ignorant and stupid statement like this one.
A Friend showed me this video an I feel the same thing Indomito said, gives that nostalgic feeling making you think you back in the early 2000s, I'd listen to this if this was on Spotify its really nice.
Bring back 90s underground hip hop!
there are like three swings in this.... dope
cool video and editing good job
This is fire bro 💯💪🏾🤜🏿🎶🤛🏿
Thanks bro🙏
@@Ajz0l Your welcome come in my world when you have time :) 🤜🏿🎶🤛🏿 you got my sub bro.
Dope stuff straight from above ⬆️
Man, I`ve like plunged into some local YT, where isn't lot of people. So cool
Amazing bro!!!
Dope keep it coming.
Good job man! You should chop this up in a youtube short, it would blow 100p
Thanks for the suggestion thun! I'll definitely keep that in mind
these vintage mpcs sound so much better then the modern ones
this makes me so excited and i dont even know why never seen such a device before, love the simplicity so much
Amazing sample selection. Very tastefully made.
this cookup is soooooo chill & hard at the same time
Dope my dood. Classic moves right there.
Making the drums was magic
Its fuckin awesome dude! so good to see that how these beats are actually created!
Insane talent chief💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Super dope, enjoyed this one 🔥
Thanks man, appreciate it
goated beat 🐐🐐
I have no idea how I found your channel but it's legit.
making old-fashioned Beats, some of the best Beats come out of the old school.
VIDEO MAIS BRABO QUE EU JA VI
Real tasty beat man. Sounds like something from the first Cross Movement album. Grown up in the computer age and only ever knew making beats like this on a computer, love seeing how y'all did it back in the day, how much does one of these machines sell for?
Depends what condition its in, now they go for 500-700 euro. I'm not 100 percent sure though
🔥🔥🔥 great work
I appreciate it man🙏
uf brat lelele ke go stopeshe mpcto svaka cast
Fat Jon kinda vibes. Nice one
glad I'm not the only one who thought the same thing
I have an Akai MPC 3000..
Roger Linn edition..
It was from U.S..n...I was operating with a step down converter.. finally my lcd blue display light has gone.
I tried for service all over India but finally couldn’t solve the issue..
Now its a piece of item ready to be showcased for the museum..
Akai service is way down in India.
Thnx for the nice review.. Bro.
So what exactly is wrong with it? Maybe it's an easy fix
You only having 500 subscribers should be a crime tbh, good shit
Haha thanks man🙌
Good work bro!! Thats smooth af !!🔥🔥
Aye i appreciate it
@@Ajz0l bro i have in mind to buy a sampler, which one would u recommend to start?
Greetings from Argentina
@@martincai2445 that depends on your budget and if you already have any music equipment
@@Ajz0l no i don't have any equipment yet, just a pc with which i work.. i would like to start with something not so expensive but functional
@@martincai2445 well i started of with an akai mpk mini controller which has all the essentials such as drum pads keys and usb connectivity to your pc. My first mpc though was an mpc one. It's a dope machine but i just don't like modern equipment so i decided to sell it from that point I've been using old gear. I don't recommend starting off with old gear though as it's easier to learn with new drum machine and samplers. Machines like the 2kXL take alot more time to chop samples and make beats
Nice beat.
Drum machine looks hard. Glad I have the mpc live two retro edition
Love the MPC 2000XL!
Smooth beat bro. Its fire!!!
Appreciate that fam🙌
Damn this is good bro, loved when you pitched it down and choped 🔥
So interesting, I've not seen anyone make beats on analog machines in the modern day
Oh there's still a good few of us that do it the good old way
@@Ajz0l yeah I've seen people implement it into modern software and use if to create glitches and effects in other types of music. But making boombap beats cometely on these machines is very cool and the most authentic way
this is dope sounds something like nujabes
drums sound great!!!
Nujabes nostalgia - unlocked
bro did it some justice! good shit bro much love
bass for them kicks!!!
Awesome.....Really loved listening
Appreciate it brotha
This is some of the coolest shit I've ever seen
thats fvcking fire!
Nice 👍🏻😊
Classic shit bro.
I was hoping you wouldn't do another dilla style off beat, so sick of that style. Thanks, great flow!
Definitely fuxing with it hard!
🥺Wow that boy got skills thanks for sharing 💯🔥💜🤗
Banger
This so freshhh!
This brings me straight back to early Kruder & Dorfmeister. Too bad these beats doesn't do it anymore today.
I miss that piece. I copped an MPC 1 and am it just ain’t the same
so good...thanks!
Nujabes vibes. Nice work
Very good that so insane bro ! GG
Incredible boy
tony i have to watch this video every day because it makes me happu
Glad u like it👊
niiiiiiiiiiice!
So good how those strings in the back flow so we'll together
Your skill of producing is definitely J Dilla, MF DOOM & RZA level. 🔥 beat btw.
Haha thanks man but I'm not near the level of these producer gods, at least not yet😉
@@Ajz0l youll be there in no time if you keep making shit like this, keep it up!
bro chill
@@lolyolo fr lol.. I feel like people so easily forget how amazing people like MF and J Dilla were.
Now-a-days, you make a decent beat every comment be like :
“BEAT IS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 LOOK OUT METRO BOOMIN”
I literally fell sleep a second before the vid fades out
thats what hip-hop was back then no new beats or wack but this is boom bap keep it up
The oldschool kingdom.
Bb is the best. Nice beat
Nice 90's vibe !
✌🏼
Love it Brilliant old Skool way
I’m just a listener I like how you got all the records and made this
30 something years later, and these machines are still expensive
Because they were industry standards before, and then they become something hobbyists would dish out money for.
I damn near lost my mind when I heard the flip
hard asf bro
Q-Unique. That sounds like a good beat that Q-Unique would rap over the instrumental. Ryda Muzik.
Raw 👌🏽
smells like classic
Oh shit🔥..salve do Brazil 🇧🇷
Vibe out head nod music.
Glad you like it bro🙌
@@Ajz0l are you going to be doing anymore of these type videos?
@@Koedean new one coming up today or tomorrow:)
@@Ajz0l awesome, il keep a look out for it.
Tooooo nice 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
