I started practising. Can't say I got faster, but now I swim with less efforts thats for sure.
Astounding. By 'swimming downhill', arms + head sinking a little bit, the rest of the body is closer to the surface ( hence, less drag + less risk of shoulder injury ).
Excellent. Well done.
Is more videos please these are awesome
In swim training you also have to do high speed/high density drills, for example 50 metre sprints. How would such a swimming look like in your swimming style. Could post a video please. Can You sprint in that style or is it only for long distance swimming? Sorry for my English, hopefully You understand what I mean.
Just from watching your video tutorials and applying the rotation and head position, thus using almost no energy to rotate my arm I went from being able to swim 25 meters crawl too 400 meters in a week. I keep practicing and habitualizing each change one at a time. It really does become as easy as walking once you get it all right. So eventually distance should become irrelevant.
I use a similar technique 4km/h i just prefer breathing every 3 strokes to feel more balanced

Could You please make a video in low motion, what is going on under water and above the water. How to practise getting hip down before pull?
