Nicely done. Blackened redfish is great and so is frying it up. Redfish is one of our favorites. Right up there with flounder and pompano. If you haven't heard of the Redfish Throat, you have to look that up and give it a try. Amazing!!!! When were you in MT? I was there from 04 to 06 and am heading back there in a couple of weeks for "vacation". LOL! My daughter and family just got stationed at Malmstrom and we are going to visit. Not my best decision on when to go to MT (hunting and fishing seasons would be better) but you have to go see your baby girl when you can. LOL! Plus, it just gives me another reason to visit when archery rolls around.
I’m going to look it up for sure! I was at Malmstrom from 99-03 and then again from 08-17. My wife’s family is from there so we go back every so often. My son just got stationed at FE so now I have to same excuse to get there for archery season! 😂
