@@kittynieves my hair is shoulder length, it's quite dry but looks lovely and shiny when I use a good conditioner, the color is a 6/7 brown colour. If it's dyed what level do u think if could get too? A 8 or 9?
@@firefly-fu3ce yes, most likely 8 or 9. Keep in mind that black or red dye is much more difficult to get rid of than a brown or blonde dye
Absolutely stunning! So many people try to achieve this color when they go into a salon and ask for it but unfortunately, it’s very hard to get because most hairdressers really don’t know what they’re doing.

If you struggle with the health of your hair I wouldn't touch bleach/lightened with a 10foot barge pole 😱
Use hair vitamins and remember life is too short to not try it at least once, hair grows back!
Don’t shower your hair for 2-3 days
And set your appointment. If you have long hair bleach it, if it’s a bit damaged cut it short and you will be fine
Use Hairsoap and oil, wash your Hair only after 3-4 Days. This Method helped me a lot
Make SURE if you decide to do it... do NOT let the stylist overlap the bleach at touch up!! Thats where the damage SERIOUSLY happens!

Hairstylists are not required to wear gloves. Most of us do just to protect ourselves from chemical burns or drying out skin out. She doesn’t wear gloves in the first half because she’s not touching any of the bleach. And when she rubs in the lightener without gloves that’s just her being dumb and risking getting a chemical burn

Its natural to do that, its bleach after all, its supposed to burn a little when touching the skin/scalp for a good while, and i think she increased the oxygen in it to reach that lite shade which adds more to it.
My twin sister dyed her hair for the first time she said it was burning so much, the hairdresser told her it was normal, the day after her whole face was swollen asfuck she barely could open her eyes, she had an allergic reaction
I bleached my solid for 11 yrs , the way I got it to stop burning so much , was I let a two day build up of my own natural oil to coat my scalp, that helped a lot!!!! Also I used shimmering lights shampoo and got the same results , but only after bleaching and then a mild but permanent toner. ❤️ looks beautiful!!!

Beautiful color omg 🥰… My scalp used to feel like it was on fire when I bleached lol .. until my hairdresser was recommended to use 1 sweet & low sugar packet mixed in with the bleach .. Omg !!! Seriously did the trick no fire burning sensation 🔥 or irritation it felt as if their was no bleach on my scalp … Best thing ever 🥰

There are a lot of rude comments on here... Some people have naturally angry faces. You can tell she loves the job her hair dresser makes since she goes there regularly she said for years now and likes the outcome and the work the hairdresser does.

can you make a hair care routine about how you keep it healthy? 💙
It’s not healthy
Keep split ends cut, don't over wash (if you can, try to limit washing with shampoo to 1-2 times a week), and always condition. Use the correct brush for your hair type. Always brush from bottom up, not top down. Don't brush when wet. Use leave in hair oils for your hair ends. Try to limit using heat on your hair. If you can air dry, do that. If you have to use heat then use a heat protectant. If you use a hair dryer then try to keep it on the cool setting. Otherwise when drying use an old t shirt to gently squeeze dry your hair. Don't rub it with a towel to dry. That's damaging. I'd also dedicate a few times a month to doing some deep conditioning treatments.

Im Not A Professional... But Was The Bleach Irritating Your Scalp? It Looked Really Red When She Washed It Out
Not a professional either so I could be wrong but I think washing the bleach out just washed off her foundation around her hairline and her skin underneath was naturally a little pink
La'Shay Nickole I’m licensed and yes her scalp is completely irritated if not chemically burned. Then with the additional permanent color added, it likely did even more damage to the scalp. Her hair is already a level 7 which is basically a dark blonde, so that just goes to show this white hair trend is no joke, and in most cases not worth it and can be very damaging.

La'Shay Nickole I saw that as well. That could’ve been a few things. Sometimes it gets itchy or it can feel hot all without damage, or in some cases it can burn. I don’t know how often the stylist checked the hair and scalp for these signs, but she definitely stretched it a bit too far.
To me that’s a little strange because I have about a level 3 hair, a very dark brown and I can get my hair blonde (not white lol) without burning my scalp. She also added B3 which should calm those symptoms, but I don’t know what lightener she used, maybe it was something strong for someone that’s already a dark blonde.
I bleach my hair all the time. I always turn Ted immediately even without my scalp burning. Maybe she just has sensitive skin like I do.
I wish this stylist was mentioned , she's a true artist when it comes to icy blonde .Definitely deserved more credit from you .

When I bleach my hair I use stop the burn packets in my bleach and it doesn't hurt. I'm surprised a hairstylist don't use that. Her hair turned out great.

I'm watching this video to see how the process works. I'm wanting to bleach my beard and head hair to be a Santa this Christmas. I wish I had this colorist near me so I had peace of mind. I'm afraid to go to just anyone for this process.
Wear props. Going silver is no joke. It's kinda painful. Takes a really long time for the whole process, and then it grows out and you've got to deal with that unless you shave everything off. Just my opinion.

What volume developer were you using for the toner and what were the ratio of 10sm to 8vm and 9vm
I wanna know too! Usually toners are used with 10vol. She said 8vm and 10sm and a little bit of 9, so I’m guessing 1/2 and 1/2 of the 8 and 10 with maybe a blob of the 9? I’m a stylist myself and now that all non essential businesses are closed where I live, I wanna do this to my own hair. It’s the exact colour I want!

This is the color I want mine to be. Not all over though, just 'face framing' and some highlights. I am 61 and have naturally gray, silver and white hair. I just want more of the white. I have watched so many of these videos trying to learned how to do this myself. I went ahead and broke down and got some stuff from Sally Beauty to do it. I have used the ION haircolor before from there. I am hoping I can get some highlighting at least in my bangs and face area. This is very pretty!!
