Sheila Foster should have been ashamed of herself for raising a child who believed he was entitled to take the lives of others, and be a fake protester. This case should have never been in court. Ms Foster is lying through her teeth. There was never anything debunked, the judge even felt the jury got it wrong. She should have raised a son or daughter to not take Justice upon themselves, which he had & it cost him his life. The governor should have never had to be put in the position to pardon someone who took her sons life when he threatened someone with a gun he was carrying. Her son
Is a menace & tried to kill this man, period. Let her file the civil case & I hope the man who’s been pardoned files a civil case against her since she didn’t raise her son to be an upstanding young man, instead she raised a hoodlum apologist.

Lot of people saying he pointed his gun at the driver first. Is anyone able to link video of the defenses presentation of this evidence? All Ive been able to see if a animated recreation of how Foster was standing and how far away he was from the vehicle (in the animation it did not show his pointing the gun) which conflicts with the coroners report of the angle the gun shot wounds were documented. videos of the vehicle approaching honking and then being surrounded by protestors, and claims by people there he had the gun across his chest. Does it seem like premeditated murder? No. Does it seem like it was self defense? It definetly wasn’t a friendly situation he found himself in. Could this all have escalated drastically less quickly and likely been avoided if A) people hadn’t been blocking the street, B) he pulled up honking his horn at already frustrated and irritated people. C) if you arnt walking around a public street with a rifle strapped to your chest like an active war zone.
No one is entirely in the right or wrong in this situation. This situation is the result of allowable to circumstances that inevitably lead to the same predictable and repeated results. If you let people smoke in a room filled with hydrogen and dynamite at some point there’s going to be an explosion. In the end it was a unanimous jury of his peers who made the decision after hearing the evidence. I think everyone from the government to citizens and all in between need to do better.

Where was all this energy for justice when Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed those two men? He purposely went there with a loaded weapon to incite violence 😢. This country is sooo gun happy until it's sickening! But God's word states those who live by the sword WILL die by the sword 🕊🕊🕊. My God in Heaven please deliver us from this insane world where a person' life isn't worth a plug nickel 😥 . A house divided will not stand! America is sooo divided right now! Fighting each other while satan is sitting back admiring his work! We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness in high places! Make NO mistake.. this world and ALL in it will be JUDGED by the SOVEREIGN GOD! It won't matter your " party" or your skin color or your bank account or who you know! Unless that person you know is JESUS CHRIST 🕊🕊🕊
