Thanks so much, whipped this up so quickly and turned out beautifully! Really appreciate the step by step instructions - makes it so doable for newbies. x
Before you make another full ear warmer, I would recommend doing a gauge check. Otherwise, you're just shooting around in the dark and you might put even more time into it without getting the results you're looking for ;)
I've made like 10 of your Malia Bags, absolutely love them and have gotten many compliments on them. You should really make a matching scarf to go along with the Hope Ear Warmer. thanks again for your videos you are an amazing teacher, so easy to follow
I actually bought net wt.. 3.5 oz.Yarn Bee Warm & Cozy Parchment yarn by mistake rather than net wt. 3 oz. Would this still work for adult size Hope Ear Warmers? I’d like to make these soon for gifts. Thank you for your help!
I had a great deal of trouble following this tutorial despite watching it several times .... I followed it to a T and I really didn’t like how it was working out with the joining of the rounds ... it was really wonky? And hard to see where it began and ended .... And it was too big for me as an adult?? So the pattern just didn’t work out for me. It’s a beautiful headband but I couldn’t seem to work the pattern. Nevertheless, I thank you for sharing.
If you did a gauge check, the ear warmer would end up the size I listed on the final measurements. It would be up to you to determine whether that measurement would fit your own head, as heads are different sizes and the "adult" measurement is merely an average. If your ear warmer came out much larger than the measurements listed, that's because you didn't do a gauge check. As far as being "wonky"... not sure what to tell you. I know you say you followed it to a "t", but mine didn't turn out wonky... so you must be missing something. Either way, it's designed so that the seam is cinched at the end and hidden under the button, so it shouldn't matter much. You're welcome to join our FB group and ask for tips; there are tons of people in there who've successfully made the ear warmer.
Thank you for your response and clarification. I will try again and check my gauge .... I really love the way it looks in the video. It’s gorgeous and different. So thanks again for your advice.

The adult one I made the seam made a V shaped.
