This May is all about dessert and whisky pairings and we've got something very special in store for you all from the masters of sherry distillation - Cask 24.149 Seared foie gras and lingonberry jam. This distillery needs no introduction and we're proud to be able to offer up another incredible cask-strength 12yo showcasing the undiluted flavours of this sherry Goliath.
