NZ Special Olympics Athletics

At a South Auckland Special Olympics Ribbon Day the NZ athletics team were put through their paces: Justene, Stephanie, Patrick, Jacob, Daryl and Raymond - 6 of the 36 strong team representing New Zealand this July at the World Summer Special Olympic Games in LA.
This athletics team reflect all the benefits participation in Special Olympics has to offer. They’re passionate about their sport and chosen events, they have a close bond and are dead set on bringing home the gold. In this short film they tell us about what Special Olympics and representing their country means to them.
