You are the best teacher…I was watching another You Tuber and she wouldn’t stay close enough for anyone to learn from her. These look just as my God makes them…beautiful 🍁
You said they don't have to be perfect- but they are!! I'm going to watch it again and then maybe (probably) again! After I go for a walk to find some leaves. Thank you!
Love it, the leaves turned out beautiful! Thanks for sharing your tutorial, and time with us. It was an inspirational, and good for practicing watercolors mixing techniques.
Loved this tutorial! You make it look so easy, it’s amazing how the bit of brown added to the leaves gives them more of a realistic look. I’ve collected some leaves too…..think I need to try painting them….thanks!
⚡️Omg, your leaves are gorgeous! And soo realistic - I want to reach down and pick them up!! Autumn is my favorite season and I absolutely love the fall colored leaves. Watching you paint those leaves….ahhh, just amazing! You are very talented. Thank you for sharing your beautiful art🍁🍃🙏🏽✨💗
I had other plans for my Monday. And now they're blown to smithereens thanks to this video! I can't wait to turn on the piano, turn on this video again and give it a try. Thank you!
What beautiful autumn leaves Emma. You make it look so easy ! I am going to have a go and see , it looks like a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing your skills .
I went out and collected a bunch of beautiful leaves here in Wisconsin and am going to use them for a autumn painting so this tutorial will help so much! Thank you.
Wow! Very cool advice and awesome information you shared here on another wonderful video of yours. Love your painting projects!!! Absolutely beautiful! Best wishes sent your way to have a wonderful day…. because you lifted up my day!
always love autumn leaves, and that's a great technique for doing the veins. The bigger red and green leaves are oak, super pretty; not sure what the smaller compound ones are, probably some kind of nut tree.
Thank you for this enlightening video. As a newbie I'm finding it a little nerve racking watching as you add each new color to a leaf because at first it looks like a jumbled mess, but as it blends and dries it turns into this beautiful autumn leaf! Like magic! Amazing! Now I need faith it'll do the same for me. 🤣Fingers crossed.
I always get my veins too thick and plastic looking. This handle trick will keep me from painting them ON and instead it’s like making negative space. Thanks for the info. I watch all your videos and save them to rewatch. You are my FAVE Miss Emma!
I was trying to paint yesterday and it was not going well, after watching you I see I just wasn’t using enough water. Your leaves are so beautiful and look so real! I love how you did the veins with the brush handle!
Gianni Moramarco (Italian) " A torrential rain " I just saw this picture. I would love to see your version of torrential rain. your under the ocean whale picture inspired me so much. sorry this is irrelevant to crunchy autumn leaves🍁🍂

Adding the veins really brings them to life. Thank you for the lesson.

Truly expressive and ingenious technique - utilising the end of the brush to mark the veins is so inspired, and definitely elevates the results. Ta!
I love your tutorials. I've been gathering leaves on my daily walks with my dogs. This video is right on time!
