*If you don't know why the weird stickers on the phone are there,*
they are there to trick the inspection and pass as a different phone because they are not allowed to copy Samsung logos onto a non Samsung approved phone so they cover them so when it's scanned at export and import it's not illegal (it's sort of like a loophole) the box does not matter if it has Samsung on it since it counts as an accessory rather than a device and you can freely put "Samsung" on things like that. (If they try to export without those stickers on phone it would most likely just be taken away and destroyed)

The clones are probably that bad, that it would probably be better to buy an older generation of the same series from the local classifieds or eBay.
Trust me, I have had a Chinese no-name Android phone (I think it was based on the design of multiple phones and had 7 buttons on the front with Android 2.2) and it couldn't even play the popular mobile games of the time, and UA-cam wouldn't even load on that thing.
It'd be a disservice to allow you to buy this phone, even the best Chinese companies such as ZTE make actual garbage in comparison to mid range elite brands like Samsung
