Hi Elizabeth, I was diagnosed with HPV cancer on the back of my tongue, just like Bruce Dickinson. My saliva glands are now compromised and I battle dry mouth and thick mucous everyday. Are there added things that I should be doing, due to the after effects of the radiation treatments? Is drinking more water enough? What throat sprays and personal humidifiers do you suggest?

Do you have post nasal drip? That can cause your throat to hurt and cause you to clear your throat it can also cause your voice to be raspy
