    I have a personal trainer and he's awesome! He pushes me and motivates me and when I feel like giving up he says "Come on only a few more! You got it, push through it!" It makes all the difference :)

      @@pops1pops178 no one said they are over training. A few one won't make you "overtrain" especially when you don't know the story.

    What a nice lad. Trying to set out the form, routine well. I would simply be asking her where she felt it (with the addition of some weight) so she knows which muscles she should be feeling it in. Also to brace the core on deadlift and rows. Well done young man.

    I usually dont read comments, I will resort back to that. I feel like I'm back in elementary school. Amazing some think we could actually change the world, Heres a take away, you got nothing nice to say, don't say anything. One last take away, the best one ---> treat others the way you want to be treated. Thats real strength.

    Maybe she’s a new one. Gotta ease them in Slow before going ass to grass!! Everybody is different. Stop acting like she needs to be throwing weights around to get your approval if he’s a good trainer or not.

    the way he demonstrated the push-up Jack's were ridiculous. his but was almost up in a full downward dog position.

    if she cant squat below paralel you should make her do goblet squats until she develops the mobility to do them with a barbell

      This is wrong. Not everyone is able to squat below parallel depending on genetic factors like skeleton and muscle origins....

    rdls were a bit too far away from her body and when the weight gets heavier can lead to injury. remember the closer the bar is to your body, the more power and the safer you are.

      Chauncey, I agree with you 100%, no motivation from that guy whatso ever, and it kills me!! But, real salesmen motivate and inspire others to take action and commit to a solution. Sales are al about energy, and the guy doesn't seem to go the extra mile, so i doubt he can sale. But he seems knowledgeable.

    HE SHOULD HAVE EMPHASIZED HOW TO BREATHE. OUT ON CONCENTRIC PHASE, IN ON ECCENTRIC.

    Are you kidding me! That's some of the worst ROM I've seen from a "PT". Get that hip crease below parallel on the squat. My 50 year client can do ass to grass. Work on her mobility! Keep the bar close to the shins on the RDL to not pressure the lower back. Squeeze shoulder blades together for the DB Bench.

    Leg raisers and scissors are a contraindicated exercise for most people. As a p.t. you should provide safer alternatives

    First thing you should do is stretches / Yoga before any workout which helps loosen up and allowed more air flow inside your body. I don't know why this trainer is so ass backwards. Video is fair training could've been better in my opinion..

      Jane Doe Personal Training is a long and stressful job for most trainers. By the end of the day, they don't even want to go back in a gym to workout.
