Don't know what you came up with on this, but FWIW, I just finished up load development on a 300 Win 26" Browning Hell's Canyon Speed with the 205's. Components are ADG brass, Fed215M primers, and Ramshot Magnum powder. Final velocity is 3045fps with an ES inside 15. It groups .5 MOA or better at 100 and shoots extremely well at 535, 700 and 900 yards where we've tested it. You have much more potential than 2750fps.
Just picked up 500 of the 205 elite hunters from berger. Getting ready to start load development. 300wm. Used barnes 175 lrx this past hunting season. Performed great on my deer at 100yds. Just worried how it will perform at long range, so im thinking about making the switch if the bergers shoot well. Your testing is giving me hope since i havent seen much on these bullets yet.
The H1000 was a miserable shooter in this gun. I was surprised by that. It seems to favor a faster powder. I haven't updated this series in a long while. I will be getting back to it this year. I have an H1000 video about ready to go and more loads ready waiting on a good day. Thanks for watching.
