I love that every space is well thought of every part of this house is maximized and judging by its price it's not that bad, it's pretty reasonable in fact it's worthy of its price, some house tour that I've watched on this channel with almost the same price doesn't have a pool or it only has 4 rooms and no entertainment area wherein this house you even have a balcony that's superb I am a big fan of this kind of layout hopefully I can get to have my own house like this. Since the house is located at a highly elevated area, free from flooding, I think the 3rd floor area near the sink at the balcony is for the water tank and pump. With a rain shower in every bathroom, the weak water pressure at such a high elevation would be a trickle without a water tank and pump at the 3rd floor balcony. My family used to live at the 4th floor of the family's commercial building and for a city surrounded by rivers, marine lands, and river islands, water was always a problem at 7:00 a.m. when every bathroom in every floor in the building was being used. This was despite having an over-sized customized water tank at the 4th floor.
