      agar aap kitna bhi kha lo lekin weight nahi badh raha hai toh apki body ectomorph hai. to aapko pehle digestion improve karna hoga aur bhook ko badhana hoga woh bhi naturally. jab tak aap digestive system improve nahi karoge tab tak body weight gain ko support nahi karegi. kitna bhi khao body adopt nahi kar payegi aur sab waste hi hoga..
      aapko pehle digestion aur appetite improve karna hoga tabhi weight gain hona start bhi hoga.
      main bhi aapke jaisa hi tha. doctor ke advice se injection tablet etc sabhi liya tha lekin kuch fayda nhi hua. even doctor said if your parents are skinny then you will also remain same forever no matter what you do.. lekin abhi 13kg gain kiya hai maine naturally only with home workout. mere experience se hi aapko suggestion de raha hoon.
      pehle mujhe sab skinny logon ki tarah yehi lgta tha ki weight gain is impossible and tough. but abhi keh sakta hu it isn't kisi ka bhi weight gain ho sakta hai.

      aapko pehle digestion and appetite lo improve karna hai. seedha kisi particular diet ya particular exercise follow karke weight nahi badhta ectomorph walon ka.
      exercise bas muscles breakdown karne k liye hoti hai. aisa koi alag exercise nahi h weight gain k liye alag aur weight loss k liye alag. exercise karke maintenance calories se jyada khaoge jise hum calories surplus kehte hai toh humara weight gain hota hai aur hum jab exercise karke maintenance calories se kam khate hai jise hum calories deficit kehte hai toh humara weight loss hota hai.. aur maintenance calories matlab utna calories khaoge toh weight jitna hai wahi maintain hoga humesha na gain hoga na loss.
      aapko pehle digestion aur appetite ko improve karna hai uske baad hi diet k bare mein sochna hai

      aur bhook badhane k liye, apki body ectomorph hai so high metabolism so jaldi jaldi calorie burn kar deta hai. isliye gain ho na tough ho jata hai., iske liye normal se jyada khana hota hai lekin woh ectomorph body vale kha nhi pate when its comes to healthy diet.. aur kha bhi liya toh pachta nahi.. uske liye pehle bhook badana hota hai woh bhi naturally.,.

      naturally bhook badaane k liye thoda jyada khao.
      samjo ap 2 roti khate ho abhi. uske upar bilkul kha nhi skte. to abhi se 2 ka badle 2.25roti khao. upar ka 0.25 jabardasti khao lekin khao jitna time lena h lelo lekin kha lo.
      thode din mein body adopt kr legi 2.25 roti. body k liye 2 roti max limit tha abhi tk to body utni hi bhuk create krti thi. lekin ab 2.25 ki wajah use jyada kam ayega burden ki tarah body bolne laga kya kar rahi hai yeh ladki itna kam deti hai jyada. to body 2.25 k liye bhuk create kr dega ki bhayi lelo mujhe pareshan mat karo ab.. to phir apki bhuk naturally badd jayegi..
      asie hi karke 2.25 ka 2.5 kro phir 2.75 karo phir 3 karo..
      jitna aapko weight chahiye uske hisab se food increase karo.. jab aap 3 roti effortlessly khane lagoge tab aap extra diet add karo.

      aur digestion k liye nimbu pani piyo khaali pet subah har din. yeh bahut imp hai skip mat karna kabhi.

      yeh karne ke baad body normal ho jayega mesomorph body ki tarah aur gain karne ke liye help hoga., bas patience rakho aur karte raho..
