Where can i get cheap used Dell R630 and R730 with E5-2600 v4 processors?

How comes it does not show the full capacity based on all the disks you have? first EX:, 278.875 x2 for RAID1 and the same for another RAID1 when you set it up it only show 278.875 for each RAID1 instead of 557.75GB?
