    Thank you for this video. Please for a Nurse, do I need WES evaluation for my Bachelors degree in order to apply?

      Hello,
      Thanks for getting in touch with me
      With evaluation with WES for your bachelors in nursing, that’s what most people use. The Canadian government has not requested for a specific evaluation body to be used at this point but they’ve informed us that when the pilot program is launched, they’ll let us know if more information is needed

    Hello, I'm from Nigeria.what if I have a cpr and first aid certificate and I did internship for a month which was provided by the training centre i attended, do I need to have 1 year of work experience before I can apply for this program

    • @merci_gratia
      @merci_gratia  Місяць тому +1

      One month internship is not up to the requirements…. If you did internship for a year, that’s one year work experience…. I hope this is clear, as you’d need to meet the criteria asked so that you’d be eligible

    Hello Oga hope you can advise me. I graduated last year in Alberta (Business Administration Certificate program) and recently I have a job offer from a Senior Canadian employer to work as Home support worker (NOC 44101).I have an option to live in or live out with them. Do I need to study caregiver program to be eligible in this NEW caregiver pilot pathway? OR I just need a 6 months experience then I can apply? What is the process for this pilot program, as long as I complete the requirements I can directly submit or it has a monthly schedule to submit? and by the way I am under 1 yr post graduation work permit right now, expiring on MAY 2025, so I was thinking this caregiver pathway can be one of my options to be PR in Canada. Thanks in advance :)

      Hello Jamillam,
      Thanks for reaching out. To the best of my knowledge, the Canadian government has not mentioned doing any caregiver course. The requirements they mentioned are the ones in this video. They’re looking to starting this pilot program towards falls or early 2025. The pilot program is targeted towards people coming into the country but they have in mind those already in Canada 🇨🇦. At the moment, you’d need to have the Canadian work experience for 12months if you’re already in the country before applying for a PR. Marc Miller has told us that towards the time of implementation of the pilot program, more details/requirements would be provided. If I’m to advise, I’ll say have an option A and B just in case. Take the job offer provided now and let it be counting towards your Canadian work experience and when more details of the new pilot program is available, you’d then reassess to see if you’re qualified for it.
      I hope this helps.. if you need more clarity do let me know 😊
