Love the Raven Guard. My favorite stories from the Heresy are the guerilla warfare stories about the Shattered Legions and Nykonna Sharowkyn, a legendary Raven Guard legionnaire who shot Fulgrim in the head and outdueled Lucius the blade master of the Emperor's Children.
One of the coolest stories i can remember about Corax was when he was stalking around Instvaan V using his warp power to walk around the traitors camp without them even seeing him. Primarch's are all terrifying sure. But What about a Primarch that you cant see coming? I imagine even space marines crapped their ceremite.
And it’s more equally badass and terrifying since Crovus corax is now a loyal daemon primarch with major new power buffs. Just ask logar hiding in the corner over there.
The Raven guard are my favorite chapter. The only thing I don’t like is how the Tau manager to kill a Raven guard chapter master. They could have chosen a different chapter to have their cheeks clapped by the Tau.
Lore concerning their geneseed is woefully outdated. Since the introduction of Primaris, the RG have access to complete and all functioning geneseed organs. Nothing prevents this chapter from initiating recruits at 'normal' speeds.

So the raven guard are like the u.k sas and sbs in one. With a hint paratroopers in it. Highly specialised but not a mass. Would love corax to come back kinda blended with demon but not controlling him
This sounds batshit, but I believe nature pointed me toward The Raven Guard. I have the same physical description as the guard. I go to my car a lot on breaks and lunch and crows that live in the trees at the end of the lot love to gather round me. There is also a very large lone Raven that appears and walks up to me. It was meant to be.
Is it true that every loyal legion has a traitorous version? Like Blood Angels and World Eaters, Imperial Fists and Iron Warriors, Raven Guard and Night Lords, and Dark Angels and Alpha Legion?
Not quite, there does seem to be some evidence that the legions were designed by big E to have overlapping expertise so that if one legion was otherwise indisposed, another might fill in, depending on what was needed
They can just as easily change it back by removing female custodes from the lore ! If they don’t, see ya GW and Amazon. You will not be missed ! 🙄🤦🏽♂️ #3Dprintersgowrrrr
