Thanks for a great video! Just for clarification, please could you confirm that matte PPF does NOT require any special (matte spec) ceramic coating. Based on my understanding, the ceramic coating does give the matte more sheen but keeps the matte look in a more silky/satiny way? I am asking because some PPF outfitters claim they need special matte specific ceramic coating and either don't have it or charge more for it... thanks in advance for your answer!

There’s no need for anything specific with matte

You can, no C6 Ceramics Adhesion Promoter Polish (APP), use DIY Detail Panel Prep

How many years of protection? I got a xpel stealth ppf on my M3P and I've never had any good durability with ppf ceramic coating like Gtechniq Halo and Carpro Skin. Usually 20k km is enough so I don't have any protection left even with good maintenance and further decon. Their "flexible coating" doesn't seem to be working. Thanks

In our case it’s engineered to work with our coatings. We use propanol and surfactants to insure a clean surface.
