Asalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatahu, I pray this reaches the Sheikh. Jzk khair soooo much for another informative, heartfelt and such honest lecture. Your tragedy touched the lives of so many who are inspired by you and your pain was felt by many. I believe Allah swt has chosen to elevate you by giving you such a mammoth test and you have demonstrated incredible Sabr, trust and wisdom bestowed by The Mercy of Allah swt. You are a practical example of your words. Jzk khair and May Allah swt give you and your family strength, peace and ease ameen 🤲🏽🤲🏽
Allah reward the Sheikh and help him in his healing. So many things the Sheikh said are so true. Allah never leaves us, however low we go. Through His Mercy, Allah always look after us even though we don't deserve it
I love this man so much subhan Allaah.
Highly inspirational and motivational! Jazakallah Khair! Another book I recommend for healing is RECLAIM YOUR HEART by sister Yasmin Mogahed.
"Reclaim Your Heart is not just a self-help book. It is a manual about the journey of the heart in and out of the ocean of this life. It is a book about how to keep your heart from sinking to the depths of that ocean, and what to do when it does. It is a book about redemption, about hope, about renewal."

I struggle with anxiety. I struggle with social issues, carrying conversations and from time to time, I have low self esteem. I am unable to make simplest of decisions without major hesitation. I am in need of help as I am expecting my first child soon and I would like to be a good, confident and supportive father to the child.
I do istikhara and try to hand the responsibilities to Allah but I get overcome by fear.
The books recommended are very good in providing peace and perspective in situations like yours. Allaahumma Rahmataka Arju fala Takilni Ila Nafsi Tarfata Ayn wa Aslih li Sha’ni Kullah La Ilaaha Illa Ant.
O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye, and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshiped except You.
Don't carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. You do what you can and leave the rest to Allah. You're not alone.
These are all things you can overcome by healing yourself, have a sleep treatment if needed to treat the hyperventilation and stress. Then once you’re more relaxed, take action towards your goals be patient and stay with your progress, in the process you’ll surely interact with people.
Your history is important too, how did your parents and life experience make you have these symptoms ? How do you see women and men do you have a negative image of them (it may be related to ur experience with parents, family and peers) ? Don’t escape your past because it’s in it that many of our (non-conscious) resources are, don’t retraumatize yourself though. Find meaning and reassurance in all this process and go naturally no need to pressure yourself, i assure you with some accountability with yourself you can heal and become more at ease with yourself.
Allah, dhikr, Praying and du3as are there to help and reassure you in the process. He is the most merciful and He is as you think He is so think good of Allah you shouldn’t feel guilt which isn’t yours but the one society and life (or a wrong internalization of religion) implemented in you
Feeling is important, try slowly to feel more and think less, the OCD type rumination is useless we think we’ll find a solution cognitively when in fact it’s at the level of emotions, instincts and finding meaning. Life is all about meaning and when we’ve been abused or neglected we don’t see any meaning for that at the moment and we may get stuck in it instead of moving on, bcause we didn’t have the resources to understand at the time.
Don’t internalize that you have « social anxiety disorder » or « I’m a depressed person, anxious person » these are all things with which we hurt ourselves and shouldn’t be part of our self-concept, we’re fully good and we are where we are because of life circumstances and now in the present we can do actions to do better, bcause we’re not in the past anymore even if that past is meaningful to us and we carry it with us
Subhan 'Allah Alhumdulilah Wa li ilahaillilah Wa Allah O Akbar peace and blessings of Allah Swt be upon all the prophets messengers and the Muslim Ummah Ameen yah rabbil Aalameen ♥️
Mahshaallah a beautiful advice ♥️
This is very beneficial to the entire community. Thank you.

17:53 we as humans are wired to keep moving and thats why humans get unhappy and depressed when they stop progressing in life.
This is so true I been thru a great calamity but I found ease
What was this calamity if you don’t mind me asking
@@Arif-rw1rh my innocent husband is in prison due to some corrupt police officer in my home country n entire country is cursing swearing to him despite there was nothing proven in court. Rest Allah knows best
@@Aisha-vk9czSubhanallah, how are you now and what helped you my sister ❤❤❤❤
@@zharahussain8004 m still going through the hardships which is that my innocent husband is in prison in my home country for nearly five years and a holiday to attend wedding n celebrate Eid uladha turned into tragedy. He will win n come out soon inshallah but yeah from 2019 I being a revert kept tawwakkul in my lowest time praying more than ever before. Memorising many many duas to help me continue my life while having sabar n most of all doing zikr
@@zharahussain8004 alhamudulillah m doing well. Zikr and sabar is helping me for the last five years. Although the test is not over I have lots of sabar n faith in Allahs plan
I think the 3 day rule comes from a hadith that says if someone dies you have 3 days to mourn before you have to get back up and continue on with your life.

Me too
I don't know him much still too fond of him
Thank you. You have talked to me and am not the same now
MashaAllah very beneficial. Though, as a Muslim and psych student, there are only a couple of things I would address... its believed that women are more likely to seek help and report their mental health versus men who commonly don't report or seek help as much, hence why women appear to have depression more than men when in fact they don't. This is reflected in suicide rates. In 2020 there were 2,384 deaths by suicide for males, with a rate of 18.6 and 755 for females, with a rate of 5.8. Also, there are forms of jinn possession - some active and some passive - depending on the type of jinn, how they possessed the patient and their intentions. Schizophrenia, personality disorder, bipolar disorder and even most - if not all cases of severe perversion and brutal psychopathic killings - is in my opinion jinn possession. In the case where the mind is severely affected later in life from adverse events, a person is hearing and seeing hallucinations in the absence of drugs or a person has a sudden illness with no known cause and which do not fit in their family history - there is a real possibility of jinn attacking the body or the mind. It takes a skilled raqi to recognise some of the more subtle symptoms and signs. When a person suddenly loses their ability to differentiate right from wrong, has memory blackouts, when they behave completely out of character... that person needs medical attention, nasihah, psychotherapy and ruqyah. May Allah reward you all for the talk, I definitely learned something new and was a good reminder too.
Thank you for sharing this information, Jazak Allahu khairan
@@thepatientone1127 waiyyakum
I agree that sometimes it can be jinn possession. Recently a co worker and close friend of my daughter went through some cosmetic surgeries trying to enhance her looks. She made videos of herself lip syncing with full make up and without hijab. She was posting pictures of herself as if she was modeling. In my opinion she was becoming very obsessed with her looks. She then removed her hijab. Subhan Allah within a month of her removing her hijab she had what could be considered psychosis . She was behaving extremely out of character and ended up in a mental facility. She was diagnosed as bi polar and is receiving treatment. There’s more to the story, but I can’t help but wonder if a jinn has possessed her. She is educated with a good job. She is 33 years old and up until that point had no prior issues. I find it a very strange coincidence. Allah knows best.
💯👍
Salamualaykum brother Bilal I hope you are doing well and may Allah almighty give you good health and continue preaching the Muslim world may Allah almighty will
I have one question for you that I would hope you will make me to understand better the concept of Islam may you please help me to understand why we all die and why we temporarily live on thin earth and we will die one day? May you please explain so I can understand better I’m not rejecting disbelieve in Allah I’m strongly believe in Oneness and Allah is worthy to worship so would you please explain why we all die and leave this earth and we return to Him so I hope you will understand my question thank you
So that we get a faaarrr better life of Jannnah . Allah SWT sent us to earth in order to test us though HE Knows that where would each one of us end . Weather in Jannah or in Hell but ,, he wants to show it to us HE wants to prove to us so that if there is any jahanummi and he says that O Allah , I didn't even do any thing and you placed me in hell fire .
Allah SWT ha s compared this earth of not being worth of even a mosquito's wing as compared to Jannah.
We don't call it a life as many of us are suffering as a test and want to live happily but as I said this isn't life .Its just a temporary test after which we will reach our eternal destination of PEACE, never ending joy, justice and a luxurious life with thousands of servants around you always serving you . Of course nobody gets everything which they want in this life but they will get everything in Jannah. iA
Hope you have got your answer
And this isn't Sheikh Belal's official channel . He doesn't have any...
Please pry for me everything I do keeps falling apart I pry and pry but Allah has not yet ease my hardship
