What do you mean "embarrassed"?? That seems like an odd word to use!?! If it was me, I'd be stareing him down with "rage"!!! But because they were romantically involved with each other, I guess embarrased might fit!!! They texted each other every day and talked about what each other wore to bed! Texted each other saying things like "good morning Sunshine"! Like what guys say things like that, and tell each other what they "wore" to bed"??? Gay guys do!!!

Curtis Wright is the most articulate, polite, soft-spoken murderer I have heard testify. Mark Sievers had Curtis Wright in a position where he felt he owed him due to past financial generosity. But, how anyone would feel that they would be obliged (and willing) to carry out a cold blooded killing makes you wonder how many others who are around you in your every day life would be capable of this.

25 yr sentence, he will be eligible for parole in 7 to 10,strange how a man hatchets his daughter and wife and stabs son 20 times and survives and burned him and the house and gets life ,this guy plots a get rich quick and doesn't have guts to do his wife but hires people, and gets death penalty,I think because she was a doctor well known and the case was so publicized ,he should have gotten life without parole so he could think about this the rest of his life , how greed destroys everyone's life ,the children suffer.but a hatchet man gets life ,strange system we have,he will appeal,or sit on death row for 20 to 30 yrs.

The constant problem with recognizing covert antisocial behavior is that the “predators” look and act just like us, or like Sievers....a doctor, married to a popular doctor with two beautiful daughters living in a beautiful, expensive home. _HE_ couldn’t be guilty, right?!? @MrMiner Well other than the part about repetitively asking him if he agreed to help MrSeiver, or how he was able to work on the medical office computers or who TK was. I understand asking twice if it’s important so the jury doesn’t miss it, but 3 times is too much. Makes it seem like he’s not listening. My dad does that: he’ll ask a question and immediately switch off. Then a few minutes later he’ll ask the same question again. It’s highly annoying and you can tell even though the witness is very calm that by the third time answering he’s also getting annoyed. And I bet the jury is too. But other than that he’s a good prosecutor.

They’re not irrelevant. They’re essential in setting up the history of their relationship. Also laying groundwork. If none of these questions about his past, beginning and ongoing relationship with mark were asked, and say later on Curtis brings up something relevant regarding their past that he didn’t previously testify to ,it most likely wouldn’t be allowed in. It’s important to establish everything. It’s also essential in showing how close they were, so he seems more credible in what he’s testifying about.

You can tell how arrogant he is just by how he's continually writing what i can imagine is nothing important and not paying attention to his partner in crime. It's almost like he's not on trail for his wife's murder. He's going on like he's one of the lawyers. I have to laugh. What a piece of shit.

This might sound insignificant given the subject, but I don't understand how people think it's ok to sit in a court room, lean their head against a wall, and nap (or even just zone out for a minute or two). Outside of it being very disrespectful to the court, don't they realize that they have oils in their hair that will stain the wall? The women doing this look like otherwise fairly well put-together people. I just wanted to sneak in behind them and suddenly, and very loudly, blow a trumpet to scare the tired out of them.

Narcissists always look for weak-minded people to take advantage of. Narcissists see how they can manipulate and use others to do their dirty work. Narcissists are chickens underneath it all, so they have to look for others, tell them how bad people are, and make them feel like they can be strong enough to do anything to please the narcissist. It’s really sad, actually.

ive watched about 8 hours on Curtis Wright today from when he was first caught denying... to the deal ... accepting the deal...and now here. The funny part is hes so timid and meek here but I get the feeling hes the stone cold savage that mark reached out. The people hes ratting out are probably think what the fuck dude youve been killing people and beating people up your whole lie and now hes acting like hes a good guy that got mixed up. Glad hes speaking out though. Nothing better then hearing the truth in such a tragic story. Closure for the family is the most important. Him and his partner had suits are that were completely taped up, planed it for weeeks , staked out the house, set up alibis, acces to computers tech and security ......... suuuuuure its your first time.

Sorry in advance, but every time I hear this I cringe, along with my Grade 3 English teacher. At 47:12 Curtis says, " .. to pay for Jimmy and I to come back." It's to pay for Jimmy and to pay for ME. Therefore, it's to pay for Jimmy and ME. At one point in his testimony Curtis says he DID graduate from public school. Uh huh!.
