Really grateful for this video, just made my own DIY nose clip with the help of your video. Can you kindly make a video on how to learn breath under water technique. For self taught of course
I have this playlist on breathing: Breathing For Beginner Swimmers: ua-cam.com/play/PLlni5Zb5tjJnryxxTNOUw0nUQvLa391F2.html Please, let me know if you have any more questions after watching these videos.
I've just lost my nose clip and I'm travelling in the Philippines and can't find a replacement in the shops. That wire you're using looks like wire clothes hanger gauge so I'll try to find a wire clothes hanger and a pair of pliers.
Yes, we had to make our own during the post Soviet time, so, I know the feeling. In this video, I show how to use a hair pin to make a nose clip. If you find a long/strong enough hair pin, it's going to be even simpler: ua-cam.com/video/hMroNL7_K1U/v-deo.html
Another thing you could do is this: visit 5-star hotels with swimming pools, they might have shops with swimming gear. Nose clips shouldn't be too expensive.
Здравствуйте Лена. Я искал советы, как использовать Nose clips. Я пловец-любитель. Живу в New Jersey. У меня большие проблемы с хлоркой в бассейне. Ринит. Сначала нашел ваше другое видео на эту тему, а теперь это. Что могу сказать? Wow! Я проверил, Вы уже больше года не публикуете ничего нового. Жаль. Надеюсь у Вас всё хорошо. Еще раз - спасибо за видео и советы.
It is very likely to slip if not constantly adjusted. If you make this with a 4 inch U shaped hair pin, it will work better because there's some coating and the metal itself is thinner.
Wonderful. Ingenious and very elegant. It could be an ornament, as well as being useful. Probably, to ensure a better grip, a layer of rubber should be glued internally, or the part of the wire towards the nose should be made rougher.
Thank you very much! A silicone or rubber something will definitely make it stay on better. Making the metal rougher might scratch the nose, so be careful.

Does it work underwater?
Yes, it does. If you can't breathe in through your nose after putting it on, it will work under water.
@@easyflowing Seems a reasonable test - thanks! How likely is that one to slip off as it is not coated?

Thx
