I followed the instructions but still my idli was not good and even the taste was sour😢
My whole idlis got spoiled with this.Tried exactly like this but whole batter got wasted
Simply fooling..I tried exactly ur recipe and the idlis were all rock...I then added ENO then they became light and spongy..
Are you fermented the batter ??
Even I tried twice.. The idlys where hard. Not like one with urad daal.
