I try to apply these elements to my matter, (hindering proceedings by disorderly conduct), & it doesn't quite fit.? I can't believe my city & county (1 of the most wealthy counties in US) is HELL BENT, on prosecuting me? It seems almost useless for me to defend myself on such a ridiculous (& hyped-up) charge.
