When we consider realities of canceling or of leverage and influence in systems of proxy and vendor management… the needs of understandings of ethics as engagement in referrals or other organizational systems… it becomes really important. It’s also true, over mitigation or litigation presents its own sets of challenges and lines of influence.
Intent on things like shunning or group dynamics… become a very real thing.
If any individual commits a criminal violation of rule of law, then are they accountable for criminal intent if this specific individual is honestly without fabrication or deceitful and intentional opinion found to cause hardship upon another biological entity or humanity as a whole?
This is European… I’m not a legal scholar but the differences between geographies becomes very important when differ with diverse systemic improvements.
Can you please explain ulterior intent?
