Yup, I agree about the GoPros .. goodbye, sold mine on eBay a few weeks ago and bought an Action 4. I also have an Insta 360 X3 which I'm now going to upgrade to the new X4. That, as you say, is the perfect setup together with the DJI MIC 2. Though I will keep using the Action 4 alongside the X4 as having the ability to take a second camera perspective, say down on the engine guard pointing backawards while the X4 is up in front, adds to the final video I think. The "Wobbly pole" is a problem 😆 I suffered that too, I now have a double clamp to sort that out. Great video, happy miles 😎
@@lifeisarideuk The mics are already paired to the Receiver. So I simpley paired one of them to the Action 4 following the instructions. Its paired all the time now, never needed to pair it again. As soon as I switch on the Action 4 it spots the mic , which is already powered on and out of its box, and within seconds it connects, puts a message on screen saying so. My next thing is to use the reciever with the Action4 and I'm guessing I'll need to re-pair that one mic back to the reciever so that I can have one mic for talking and the other say in my back pocket to pick up the exhaust sound (needs experimenting with).
