did you bake the bowls to get that tint? Can I bake the glass bowls after gluing to the candle holders with E6000 (I already glued them together with E6000 and now thinking of color staining) ?
My video went out, so I didn't get to see how you got the mod podge out of the fish bowl. Did you rinse it out with water? Should that go down a kitchen drain?
They are beautiful I like the color does it have to be a special food coloring thank you for showing how to tint glass I didn’t know it was that easy thanks a lot God bless
Not sure if the coloring would affect the glitter. You can give it a try. One thing about this project is, once it fully dry, you can pull it out with no problem and remake it.
Ive tried this method 3 times now tge color turns out beautiful but they dont dry clear. Am I to rinse them or maybe I should've added water. I'm lost 😂🤣
In the video, I showed that I added a TBLS of water. Not all projects are gonna turn out the color wanted unless you use more drops of food coloring. Hope this works out for you
Try turning on a fan faced towards it. It will dry quicker and should be clear colored with or without the fan. The fan will help it dry quicker though
Omg, I love this. One day I'll have my great neices come over and do art project with me🥰 I try and do something with them once in awhile... we do baking alot, I teach them💯 making memories and teaching. P.S. I don't have them do anything harmful to them. I guide them, and I do anything that's not age appropriate... PS. We made cup cakes & Cabbage rolls last time. They love taking home and showing what they made.
This is nice and did turn out well but it's easier to just buy glass tint in the can from Home Depot and spray the glass to tint to your liking and its not as messy!

You have to follow the tutorial. Once you get all content into the jar, pour the remaining out and let it sit upside-down until fully dry and you will see the results. I turn a fan on towards mine and it will dry quicker.
@@SophisticatedStyle411 u didnt explain what to do with the glass After it's all dripped out but the glass isnt translucent... what do we do with the excess paint
@@SB-ns8pt The tutorial is self explanatory. It is step by step and when making this project with the use of it being tinted glass, whatever is left from over, you can either dispose it or if it's enough, make another project. It will last quite some time. You can actually change the look with different colors. You can't wash it because it will get soft and come off. You can peel the color which would come out very easily.
First time. Lovely vases very beautiful.
Thank you 😊

SO YOU PLEASE SPEAK A LIL LOUDER. I HAD TO CONNECT A SURROUND SPEAKER TO HEAR YOU. ❤
I as well as friends of mine heard it loud and clearly.
Do you get the tint because you mixed it with the mod podge and it dries clear?
Yes but the food coloring is the purpose of the Tinted glass.
Can you please make a video or just explain how to use E6000 to make the tint permanent.

I let a fan blow towards the glasses til they're dry.
Great technique 🎉

Just curious if something like this would you be able to sell?
Yes it would....use a permanent adhesive and let them know to only use LED candles and you're good. I've sold plenty.
I wonder coukd I add glitter too to the glass coloring piece?

Hi can you explain what material you use to make the blue colors i know it was food clor but what alse? Thank you
Mid podge & water
Absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been wanting to do this forever and you just nailed it. I’m wondering, could they be flammable?
No they're not but I would use LED candles just in case the color melts.
Melts or gets soot. LED candles sound much better. Cleaner and safer.
Once heat gets to the Mod Podge, it will melt.
Beautiful tinted vases, I love them. I am going to try making these vases. Thanks for sharing.
you're welcome:)
That color blue is so soothing like the sea.
do you have to bake them or just let then air dry
I placed a fan towards them. They were dry within an hour.
Without using the oven? Really?
Correct...only a fan😊
