Jerrdan wheel lift auto-level issue - FIXED

We were having an issue with our Jerrdan MPL-NGS wheel lift where it wasn't auto stopping when the wheel lift was leveled with the ground. There are 2 sensors Jerrdan has on the wheel lift where the "tilt" and "extend" stop the wheel lift from scraping on the floor. We were able to diagnose what sensor was messing up with the help of a washer.

I make the wrenches and tests the booms before they go out the door if you're sensors aren't working their either bad or the wiring isn't hooked up right

I just picked up a brand new 22 ford Ford 450 with the jerr dan mpl it my sensors are already not working right

Contact JerrDan, they’ll warranty the sensors. The dealer you bought the truck from should be able to warranty the part as well.

I work for jerrdan I would say contact warranty because the sensors could be just bad do they not stop the boom or the tilt when you touch the sensor with something metal?

Maybe the sensor is being blocked by all the stuff back there or the sensor is bad
