We were having an issue with our Jerrdan MPL-NGS wheel lift where it wasn't auto stopping when the wheel lift was leveled with the ground. There are 2 sensors Jerrdan has on the wheel lift where the "tilt" and "extend" stop the wheel lift from scraping on the floor. Good job on setup and explaining. Only thing I can pick out is don't be in the line of fire with the dolly bar. ALWAYS pull back away from the bar, do not stand infront of the bar and push . I've seen 2 people get smashed in the face with the dolly bar. Teeth missing, broken jaw, orbital bone, needing facial surgery. Just an ugly mess if you happen to slip and get it, your gonna be sorry. Be safe out there!

I use them all the time,try not to use 1 inch straps,get 1an a half inch with a thick strap,,,works great

I just picked up a brand new 22 ford Ford 450 with the jerr dan mpl it my sensors are already not working right
Contact JerrDan, they’ll warranty the sensors. The dealer you bought the truck from should be able to warranty the part as well.
I work for jerrdan I would say contact warranty because the sensors could be just bad do they not stop the boom or the tilt when you touch the sensor with something metal?
