How much yeast is used in this recipe? The video says one packet, but that packet looks a lot different from the ones I have access to in the US so the amount might be different.
Tiffany Liu hi and thanks for your comment One packet is 9gr of active dry yeast and it doesn't matter if it's not the same brand as mine. I think you can find it in Walmart or Amazon.Please let me know if that helps 😉

As long as Graham consents you can do what you want.😜
You can use whatever type of flour you want, just keep in mind that if the flour has more bran it will take longer for the dough to rise
