Part two of the Cotswold Heritage steam beam engine restoration

So after having started to restore this lovely Cotswold Heritage steam plant and then restoring the boiler base and covering it with two sheets of A3 paper to protect the newly-polished wood, I thought that because I am not getting any younger - I should run the thing on air.
Well it ran very well thanks to Dave "The Steam's" help with the timing. So now I am confident it runs well on air, so I may now continue to complete the full restoration. Search for "Six of the best?" on our forum to follow this restoration thread.
